alright ill jump on the DJ Wishlist bandwagon
GABRIEL AND DRESDEN
I'd take Above & Beyond over Gabriel & Dresden though...but that's just me. I found Jono and Paavo awesome at BeB 2007
noooo above any beyond are soooo awful to watch.. what nerds uughhhhh
i want tiesto van oakenfold to spin at this. i would like totally go. omg omg fingers are so crossed. I want to fly away on the wings of trance into a new shimmering year on this beautiful planet earth. no basslines, only synths and i will be totally happy.

Originally posted by Spin Laden yes, I think most househeads like trance, actually .. but just not for dancing to at these parties. I cleaned my toilet to Tiesto the other day
trance is great cleaning the room music, agreed!
but for a party i need to jump around to a funky bad ass beat!
we listened to ISOS 4 even on the drive down to Sensation
-more palatable for n00b tastes if they happen to be present.
Enig, women look way sexier dancing to house too
mkay so a massive book for trance would be like 4h of ferry or svd with preach closing
a massive book for house would be like 4h of sasha or digweed or carl cox or howells with some good mtl local closing
then theres sven vath haha
is it rly gonna be that massive?

Originally posted by Spin Laden personally I don't think this new business model these guys are using cannot be sustained. The old saying, "you try to please everyone, and you end up pleasing no one" applies here, imo. The mass exodus of ppl for Halliwell (and part of Armin's) set pretty much says it all.. if they are gonna go that route, then the safer bet is to have majority of it house for that kind of party, keep the trance stuff to an early night minimum. I had a great time for about five hours.. no chance I'm gonna do hotel and ticket again for only five hours of beats.

Originally posted by 84th Ave. Exactly right.....I think 3 years ago (Cream) had the perfect blend.. All solid House names (Digweed, Sander K, DeepDish etc), one trance name (Ferry Corsten).... It was packed to the rafters, and it wasnt like Sensation, where the VIP booths and the dj booth took up most of the space
