I'll make sure to post my opinions after CG
Yeah I hope to go to cosmic Gate as well but might skip out because it's X-mas time!

haha noooo..

I want to go back to bartending school since i went to a nationwide school i can go back to refresh my memory for free. *yay for that* That starts the Dec 8th. I got plenty o shopping to do [i go all out for the fam and boyfriend] and i wanna plan my bday trip back home for a weekend in feb! Not including rent, food, hair.. etc..

Soooooooo partying needs to chill unless it's super cheap and/or free!

my friend jess and i are going! i think only Molly(zachias31) remembers her, although those who were at Love for Thrillseekers and PvD on Sat probably met her. was able to secure next friday for svd/mp too although i have to finish up any projects on sat or sunday

so what time does webster hall usually close and are pocket cameras allowed? i dont want to hang out at the airport too long after b&j so i have rebel in mind as an after party venue or do early breakfast if anyone is up for that

what do you do for a living young man? you're such a jet setter! I probably won't go to B&J, i'll be at Rebel, hope to see you there.

I miss you and Rich.. so next time you see Rich slap his ass for me.. K?

I think u got a good plan. WH closes early unless Danny T is there then they might go past 7. I just hope B&J do go on @ 1 on the dot cuz I need this to be an early night!

I was hoping to be a good girl but we never hang. So I'm kinda scared how crazy this weekend is going to turn out.

Alot crazier than I expected .

So is there free admission to Webster Hall if you arrive there before midnight or did I misread that on the site??

If not, what's the best way to get tickets? Anyone have any experience buying stuff (drinks, etc.) before hand from the Webster Hall webpage?

Dont count on it. At Cosmic Gate they were like ummmmm, well the DJs are from Europe so it's not free.

I think that does not apply to special events

had a good time! great set as always by victor! ok set from b&j (they started off really good then things slowed down a bit until i was about to leave -- had to esp stay for that A&F track ). good seeing thomas, mel, mike, victor and of course b&j! i wanted to wait until the end to say hi to b&j but friend needed to leave so she can rest up for her bridal shower today and i wanted to catch a bit of CL & bigmike/jay @ rebels. jasper recognized me but wasnt sure from where haha but piet remembered me. told him it was really cool that he nominated my friend James Williams in DJ Mag as their up & coming choice DJ for 2008!

Webster Hall is HUGE! wasn't to surprised that the main room didnt fill up just because of the size alone and B&J arent that big. I think lighting especially on the stage itself could be a ton better seeing how its really big, even bigger than Ruby Skye/Mezzanine in SF. At least setup a better projection screen in the background (the lights collide there interfere w/ the current screen too). i guess what im trying to say is b&j had a better production/lighting setup at 1015/Ruby Skye One of the acrobats before I left had an amazing body too! wow couldnt keep my eyes off her i need an acrobat/gymnast gf

Also where is the DJ booth for the ground level entry room? it was a vdj set but i saw no DJ

Love Poundin' Sensation

Had an awesome night. Trance dj's don't pull in as much as the house DJ's do but atleast they let Blank and Jones finish without cutting them off.

Was an okay sized crowd but it did stay consistent all through the night.

They went on at 1:30 and got off at 4. Wish it could have been longer but I can't complain since I last saw them in SFO almost 2 years ago!

Kinda jealous that DC got "A Forest" and we didn't. Out of all the times I've seen them, and all over N America, they have never played that freaking song.

I can't ID new songs as i'm not the best ID'er anymore but they played:

Nightclubbing
Nightfly
Catch You - Martin Roths Mix
Perfect Silence - E-Craigs 212 mix [had the pleasure of hearing E Craig and B&J drop this tune w00t!] Still kicks so much ass.
Beyond Time
Cream

Closed out with Mind of the Wonderful - Must be so amazing for a producer/dj to have that 1 song where you have the entire club singing along. I was so surprised to see everyone singing it word4word!!

Songs they played that weren't there's that I could ID:
PvD - Let Gp [ Martin Roths Electrotrance mix] HOLY JEEBUS>> WHY COULDN'T HE DROP THIS LAST WEEK .. I LOVE!
Perspective Space
Platinum - Tech Mix [I think] It was def not the original and I only heard the tech mix once so I can't remember it too good. Either way it was freaking s-i-c-k to hear live!
Life Less Ordinary

I can't remember anymore. Great night.. Great weekend.. Not looking forward to this work week! HAH!

VICTOR = Great opener... You did it proper buddy.. Now u played this song with a female vocal saying "so high" I dunno if that helps haha.. but that's all I can remember. ID pls. ♥

Thanks Mel! I'm still trying to master the opening set. Its different than trying to bang the place out.

The track you are talking about :

David West "Under The Influence"

Good seeing you and Thomas!
