lol weird
Live with the gf right now. Not alone, but not with family. I find this a pretty good arrangement though.

I kinda don't feel like being around my stepfather on a constant basis. (and now I feel bad to say that, why?!
) But, I DO do my own laundry. I can't stand if someone else does it. Now that my grandfather and my stepfather's mom are here with us for a visit from Europe, I do get the home-cooked meals more often than before. And my grandpa's never been to Canada yet, so I can show him around. (He's really happy so far). So that's good.
), two budgies, and one fish. We argued too much though, so I moved out. But I still come to visit him when I have time.

| Originally posted by DigiNut Roger that. All of you folks going on about home-cooked meals - seriously, pick up a cookbook, it's not that hard. Well, unless you're like my ex-roommate who couldn't figure out that you needed water to make instant rice. |

i live at home with my parents. its fucking great.
come and go as i please. its fantastic.
I've lived on my own since I was 17, I'm 20 now, but I was able to live in Europe, South America, Canada and the US. I pretty much go full circle and now find myself living 5km away from my parents.
And after all this time my best dish is Mr.Noodles and Kraft dinner...to name a couple.
Looking at buying a house in TO during the spring, it'll keep me put for a bit.

Ive been busy as shit with school and its resulted in me staying over a particular persons house a few nights a week, and i tend to eat, sleep, study, do chores there as if i was living with her. I havent been seeing eye to eye with the rents over it cos my home is 30 mins away from school (where they expect me to come to every night), and its a bitch to get to 830am classes especially when studying till late and sharing a car with a sister who cant ever be ready on time for me let alone her job. i spend a lot of time in the library too, so like I keep thinking about moving out for a semester or a year or whatever just to make things easier for myself but its a scary thought... any suggestions?

| Originally posted by jon jon I understand it's a matter of personal preference (and well... convenience) but some (lol, obviously me) would argue that there is more to life than just saving money and not having to cook for yourself lol... (ie: those "plus sides" CAN be beat) ![]() |
