on the edit on his Myspace....not too bad...i'm kidda getting into it...but very James Holden.

Posted by darin epsilon on Dec-13-2007 06:22:

DUDE! The edit sounds pretty sick, actually. I would totally play this. Love the chord changes.

Posted by LoveHate on Dec-13-2007 08:10:

so what is there two versions to this song?

or was that just the intro to the one on his myspace page.

Yeah, pretty glad I didn't hold out any hope here.

Wow.. that's like really... pretty

Posted by Jasperovitsj on Dec-15-2007 21:41:

I must say that I like it as well. I'm still not overwhelmed by the recent Sasha singles on Emfire though, but judging from the sample this one could get me close

Posted by nsamadi on Dec-19-2007 23:23:

from an email I got from Sasha fanbase...

"It is the question on everyone's lips, 'Who Killed Sparky?' Originally slated as the conclusion to Sasha's three-track emFire launch, 'Sparky' was the cherished, younger sibling, tipped by many for greatness. 'Who Killed Sparky?' will be released digitally via Beatport and DJ Download on 3rd January and on one-side laser etched 12" vinyl on 21st January. Pre-order your copy of this limited collectors item today!"

Way to stick it to RebelOne...what a shit move.

"Oh all your records are stuck? Oh ok, well we're just gonna release this ourselves then...heh."

Posted by Shade on Dec-20-2007 00:33:

January 3rd = happy day for me then

Cheers for the update!

So with all the stuff that has happenned lately, they might just end up surprising with the release of one of those unID'd tracks from the Bonaroo set

where did you found Nick Warren's chart , i find it hard to find ,

Djs dont update their sites as it seems

Posted by thechronic on Dec-26-2007 18:34:

Just got the promo, and i have to say i really like it.

Posted by Jasperovitsj on Dec-26-2007 22:34:

I got a promo as well today

It does sound pretty good indeed, so I'll probably end up buying it when it comes out

Posted by callme:gsmile: on Dec-26-2007 23:38:

I can't believe I am going to have to hear this alot the next few months.

Posted by distant on Dec-27-2007 07:29:

This is the most horribly mediocre track I've heard in years. It's got absolutely nothing interesting going on. Sounds like they "wrote" the track as they went along, if you can even call it that. It's more like pressing random keys and calling it a day.

Posted by Dj_Es-Dva on Dec-27-2007 10:52:

Wow, this tune is actually really good i reckon, somewhat unoriginal but really good... the start makes me instantly think of Electrochemies "Youre my kind" and that melody/riff is from an old acid house track, used in many tunes...

Regardless i really like this and will actually buy an emfire release finally lol.

Posted by TranceArmstrong on Dec-27-2007 11:06:

the intro to this track is awsome

I like this and Mongoose much more than Park it In the Shade and Coma

Posted by Soeder on Dec-27-2007 15:43:

Not on level with coma, but it's got a nice sad/dark sound to it. Better than most crap i listen to.

Posted by denys envy on Dec-27-2007 15:46:

picked this up a couple of nights ago. not as much into it on my headphones or in the car.

interested how it would sound on a club system... as with a lot of dubfire stuff i find sasha's catalogue to be completely enjoyable when played on a proper platform. thinking this might be the case for this tune.

Posted by RJT on Dec-27-2007 15:50:

I have to say there is a lot about the sample that I like, but I have to hear the whole thing before I render an opinion on the tune because it does sound like there's some potential for it to go nowhere, and one thing I'm really hating about the Emfire releases so far is the use of "noise" or just really distorted sounds, that come out muddy and really kind of make the tunes feel flat.

That being said, this is the tune I'm holding out most hope for thus far on Emfire, so we'll see what happens.

Posted by RJT on Dec-27-2007 15:51:

And what the hell is "Arthill"?

That one sounds like it could be a bit of fun as well.
