Originally posted by JasonRan I should probably introduce myself here for all of you who have no idea who I am ![]() So yeah, I moved to SF last year after spending the past 10 years in LA working full-time as a Dance Music Producer. I made a lot of records with different people, and my main-stay was remixing. In 2003 I hooked up with Pete Tong and had a couple singles signed to Whoop! in London- then started working with Baroque as the result of an extended stay in the UK. I maintain residence in London and LA, but these days loving SF I am mostly working on Originals now, with a few remixes still charting on BillBoard throughout the 2007.Currently working on a couple remixes and originals with Steve Smith (from Dirty Vegas), and getting a bunch of music ready for release in 2008 I am planning a slew of releases- so get ready ![]() Also in 2008 I will be picking up the DJing quite a bit, time to get out of the studio for real.... My sites: www.jasonrandolph.com www.myspace.com/jasonrandolph Hope to meet many of you Jan 5th- I will be making a special tune for the night- for those of you that are familiam with my "at the end up" track ![]() cheers

I think I was the only person really loving Atimatik when he played at the Nitevibe DJ party last year...I dunno, I just really dug the crazy stuff he was playing while the rest of the room had a complete "I dunno if I should or shouldn't like this" look on their faces. lol.
It was certainly way different than what you usually hear at Ten.

Originally posted by spinvinyl Ahh cool, I'm glad you posted this set. I was there that night and it was definitely really good. The hardest thing was trying to explain to people what your name was. A lot of people in the crowd wanted to know.

Originally posted by Atimatik Cool! My name... like "automatic" but its aTIMatik since Tim is my first name... My friend and his GF came up with three pages of all these different names that incorporated my first name. Kinda silly idea but Atimatik was the one that stuck.

Still unsure if I'll be making it this weekend. I may have to go in at 7am on Sunday. I tried leaving early last Saturday but that didn't happen and I ended up getting at most an 1 1/2 of sleep after driving everyone home. Not sure if that's worth 8 hours of work the next day.
Gil, are you recording sets this night?
well if Steve doesnt bring his recorder I'll try to bring my laptop... but Blurr is going to be out of town so I won't have a good sound card to borrow
I can see about maybe bringing in this 24-bit WAVE/MP3 Recorder if you guys want.
