how was the show?

---------

found some more shizzle on BT for those who are interested:

BT's daughter Kaia was not abducted by her mother. I am close to the family but I can't give my name because last time someone posted something that made him look less than God-like he filed a lawsuit. (I guess he doesn't believe in the constitution) Here's what BT's "missing poster" doesn't tell you... and before reading any of this, keep in mind that BT only posted this on electronic music boards (why refer to himself as BT and not Brian??? Because he only cares about people who buy trance cds reading it). If he was really serious about finding his daughter he would have had it posted all over the place. But he was only making up a bunch of lies for sympathy... because he's an ego maniac... and because his ego is still wounded from Ashley's mom's blog (all of this is true!!!! http://www.bt-network.org/board/viewthread/120/). Facts:

BT taught Kaia to say she was being screamed at or hit if she wants to get back at Ashley for not giving her her way... He's been trying to get Kaia to say Ashley hit her for a long time so he can keep Ashley from ever seeing her daughter because he's actually a really nasty person and hates Ashley.

When BT called the police to say Ashley was hitting Kaia the police said there is no evidence supporting those claims and basically said calm the fuck down. That's why they're not helping him look for his daughter... and also because he never even asked for the police's help because that would be filing a false claim of abduction and wasting law enforcement time.

Ashley was scared to give her daughter back to BT because he was obviously trying to take Kaia forever by saying she is a child abuser.

If BT already had names and addresses of where he could find them why try to employ the help of electronic music fans across the world? Why not just call those numbers and go to those addresses??? Because then people wouldn't feel bad for him... and just using the numbers and addresses he has wouldn't help him sell cds. Oh, and why hasn't Brian cancelled any shows?

When BT did find Ashley and Kaia he just dropped off court papers and left. He didn't even try to take Kaia with him. Then he was off to check his myspace to see what other sympathetic comments fans posted him.

BT was also given no consent to travel with Kaia but took her all over the place and out of the country without ever asking Ashley. Once they left California, with BT promising her marriage, she soon found out he wanted to move so her custody rights would be taken away and because he was being chased by the IRS for not paying taxes. He made Ashley beg to see her own daughter. If Ashley is "fleeing" to California it's only so she has legal rights to her daughter.

That "possibly without a car seat" thing is ridiculous even for BT. Why would she have a car seat when she picked Kaia up but not when she was 'fleeing" the hotel? Did she just decide to leave it in the hotel or are BT and Lynne desperate to put in one other things regarless of how true to make Ashley look bad. Answer: this is a poorly executed effort to make him look like a victim.

Last year at WMC, he actually came and watched my set for about an hour...seemed very nice. I actually got another booking this year thanks to him telling the owner he liked my set.

there's a reason 99% of artists don't mix their personal lives with their professional ones. everyone has issues in their lives, of varying degrees. you just don't hear about the majority of em.

18. This is from ABC news forum:

"UPDATE: The case has been dismissed in Maryland. This afternoon the judge dismissed the case and all chrages. Maryland did not have jurisdiction because Ashley and Brian did not have residence in Maryland for 6 months. Brian misrepresented this in his court filings.

There is also an existing custody order in California in which Ashley has 65% custody. Brian did not make the judge aware of this.

Color commentary: The judges in Maryland and California are extremely unhappy with Brian's actions. Not only did he knowingly mislead the Maryland court, he also orchestrated having Ashley arrested yesterday evening the day before the judge in California was going to rule on the case."

BT: All class.

The "sourced" version:

http://www.gazette.net/stories/0117...431_32374.shtml

Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008

by Sebastian Montes | Staff Writer

The Montgomery County States Attorney office has dropped its case against the mother charged with abducting her 3-year-old daughter last month.

Following a month-long manhunt that stretched from Silver Spring to New York to California, the girls mother Ashley Elizabeth Duffy, 27, was arrested Jan. 15 in Santa Monica by Los Angeles County police, according to the L.A. County Sheriffs Web site.

The decision to drop the charges was confirmed Jan. 17, the day after the Montgomery County Circuit Court dismissed a Jan. 9 court order that gave Brian Transeau of Boyds emergency custody of his 3-year-old daughter Kaia.

We are not proceeding with a criminal case, said Seth Zucker, spokesman for the States Attorneys Office.

However, for procedural reasons, Duffy was still in a Los Angeles County jail as of early Thursday afternoon, said her Rockville lawyer, Cindy Callahan.

She is presently in jail and we are working on getting her out, Callahan said.

She did not know if Kaia is with Transeau or Duffys mother, both of whom are in California.

The Montgomery County arrest warrant was based on the Jan. 9 emergency order giving Transeau sole custody. But in a Circuit Court hearing Jan. 16 conducted jointly with the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County Montgomery County Judge Michael Algeo dismissed the custody order following Duffys arrest.

Algeo also ordered that Duffy and Kaia will continue to live in California and that the California court will have continuing, exclusive jurisdiction in the case.

Another hearing is set for Jan. 23 to begin resolution on a longer-term custody arrangement, Callahan said.

Calls to Transeaus lawyers in Rockville and California were not returned.

I dont think that the authorities did anything that they were not supposed to do. Based on the information that they were given, and based on the fact that an order had been issued, they did whats appropriate and frankly what is crucial for parents whose children have actually been abducted, Callahan said.

Transeau told Montgomery County Judge Terrence J. McGann who granted the Jan. 9 order for emergency custody that precipitated the arrest warrant that Duffy and Kaia had been missing since Dec. 19. With the emergency custody order secured, the Montgomery County District Court issued the warrant for Duffys arrest on charges of child abduction. Transeau also hired private investigators, who tracked her to Santa Monica.

Transeau is a well-known producer, composer and electronic musician known as BT. He wrote the musical score to the films Monster and The Fast and the Furious and has collaborated with the likes of David Bowie and Britney Spears, according to his Web site.
