I was hoping to shake his hand and get something signed if that was at all possible. Looking forward to this show more than I have any others in a while. I'm hoping for an epic night. See you all there! |

Its not Gay on Thursdays and Fridays plus Saturdays are more mixed now.
I know... but try telling him that, lol.
When I met him at Kazell he seemed to drunk to care anyway
In fact, the way to get him to go is to just go by yourself. He'll pull
<-- this face and beg to go to the next.
It sounds like some of you guys have made the good decision to go tonight after all. And for all you who are afraid because of work, you can make it through one day tired, it will be worth it to see Corsten. I've done it before. I'll see you all there!
Should be good times tonight... I have to go to work tomorrow too just will be in a little late =)

What a night! I had a great time. Ferry's set was amazing. It was definately an energetic one.
Iammesol, I am happy to report that all your kind words about Wetbar were true. I really enjoyed the place. A lot of room, good sound, and it was cool being able to get right beside the dj booth. Yes, I did get to shake hands with Ferry and get an autograph. He was a stand up guy. My only complaint was that the crowd didn't seem to be all that different from Opera like you said. Maybe I just ran into the wrong people though.
As far as the set goes, I think it had plenty of energy mixed with a good bit of melody. What did you guys think? I heard a lot of great tunes. I'm still tired, so I'll have to try and think of more later, but the easy ones of course are Beautiful and Into the Dark (Ferry Fix) by Corsten himself and then Big Sky.
Anyone know what the last song was? Also, there was a vocal song with lyrics "Don't look behind you. Just do what I do," and I couldn't remember the name. I actually heard a lot I knew, but I'm bad with remembering names. Any help would be great. Looking forward to hearing what everyone else thought.

| Originally posted by iammesol Glad you enjoyed it dude. About the crowd, it has had a surge of those people recently, though when I was there during a night such as that one, they stayed in the bar area and vip, not the huge dancefloor room. |

| Originally posted by PVDfan07 Well, I was on the stage by the booth a lot of the time. I had jerks knocking into me all night. It was like I was invisible. Of course I had the annoying drunk/ high couples dancing like idiots and bumping into me. The worst was this guy high as a kite with his eyes bugged out and everything. He walked up to me and started mumbling something and I was honestly a little afraid of what he might do. Everytime he stumbled towards me I had to move away. There's going to be jerks at every show though I guess. But yeah, I hate to be one to complain, because it was an awesome night. |

| Originally posted by iammesol To be honest, that doesn't sound like a wetbar crowd, that sounds like a trance crowd. I'm not knocking the music or your liking it, but trance typically draws the druggie/asshole type of people. Come to the upcoming Swerve nights with me. I'll show you the Wetbar I know. |
My name is Sam. And yes, I prefer you to call me by that. Iammesol is my internet business card. EYE am Sam.
