this thread really could have hit on some big issues if it wasn't for donny's nonstop trolling. i like how he pretends like he knows what a debate is, but lacks tact in every sense of it. other than his sophmoric ad hominem attacks, ambiguous assertions, misdirection, selective observation, ad populum and straw man logic, he has really contributed nothing to this thread.

Look, I thought I warned you? I'm not kidding around here. I'm from the CIA!! I have a small Cesna heading for your apartment building right now! Your Car Port is going to collapse when it hits! RUN Rich!! RUUUUUUUN!!!!

"Big issues"...that's a good one.

I'm NOT going to go in to the whole "Building 7" theory again. If you want to see my answers on that subject, then go to the other excessively long 9-11 conspiracy theory threads in the Political Debate forum (you know the ones I mean), where I long ago got roped in to debating with you people. But I'm not going to do it anymore, it's a WASTE OF TIME!

This thread was about creating war for corporate profit, so if anything, we need to stay on topic. But I can see that this issue too for you is all about another conspiracy, so again, I think debating you is pointless.

But I will say this; Don't you see a pattern in your life and your thinking? EVERYTHING is a "conspiracy". Don't you think that's a little odd????

Only the religion and monetary policy parts are worth watching imo, the 9/11 bit is full of inaccuracies. (Which isn't to say the others aren't, but, are a bit more factual)

Can you trust a source that would make such assertions about 9-11 to also bring you accurate and fair information on any other subject in that video as well?

No, you can't.

donny needs to find himself a dictionary and familiarize himself with the term conspiracy...

conspiracy (kn-spr-s)
n. pl. conspiracies

1. An agreement to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act.
2. A group of conspirators.
3. Law An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime or accomplish a legal purpose through illegal action.

yes 9/11 was a conspiracy. no conspiracy doesn't mean fairy tale. please go back to grade school and try again.

Umm, given that the VAST majority of the world has their head screwed on straight, and DOES NOT buy in to the Conspiracy Theorist's dribble, I think it's actually quite fair to say;

No one takes YOU seriously Rich!!

"Think about it!"~Fredick Forrest as "Nick" in "Falling Down", discussing conspiracy theories with Michael Douglas

The VAST majority has their head on straight? Really?

and

Isn't rabid complacency just as ignorant/dangerous as rabid malcontentedness?

"Complacency"??

When it comes to fighting "Rabid (and I think you mean "rampant" ) Complacency", you need to pick your battles better.

I actually have maintained my youthful, non-jaded outlook, the way I see it.

You know, breaking open thermometers and playing with the mercury is dangerous to your mental health............just wanted to point that out to you.

pfft...if the Agency knew that I posted a picture of myself, they'd have my family killed.

The best I can do is post a picture of someone who looks a LOT like me, and even dresses like me. Now be open-minded! Don't judge! Don't be a Hater!

Rich, as long as we're sort of off topic, let me ask you a couple of quick "yes" or "no" questions;

1.) Landing on the Moon; Did it happen? Or was it faked?

2.) The Holocaust; Did it happen? Or was it faked?

3.) McNuggets; Made from real chicken? Or fake?

Edit: Junior, stop editing this back.

old, now that explains why he's so stubborn, rigid and narrowminded. lol don't you just love it when old men who've never fought in a war go on the internet and dream up all kinds of reasons for why their contemporaries should? fucking chickenhawks...

no... actually I meant rabid. It can also mean extrememly zeolous, enthusiastic or fanatical...

And yes, I believe that irrationally accepting everything is just as dangerous as irrationally rejecting everything.

LOL@"out of Shape"! Come run the stairs with me in Santa Monica sometime "Junior", then we'll see who's "out of shape." I'll bet you cold hard cash that you can't keep pace...not by a LONG shot!

And how do YOU know I've never been in the military? And even if I haven't, that somehow makes me unqualified to speak about it? That makes SO much sense Junior...just like all of your other posts.

Aawww...little Richie got his "feewings" hurt, so now he has to resort to name-calling.

"Chickenhawk", lol. So I take it then that you and Junior were in the military, and you've both seen your fair share of fighting, right? Why don't you wait to meet me in person before you decide if I'm as "chickenhawk" as you like to think?

Turn your spell check on for one thing, ok? "extrememly zeolous" is actually spelled "extremely zealous" (both words were spelled wrong).

"extremely zealous complacency"? Like that makes a lot of sense.

You guys can't even admit when you get your grammar wrong. Any serious debate is hopeless.

Yea... sorry. At work and lazy.

Anyhow... rabid complacency...
rabid means violently intense.
complacency is satisfaction with an existing situation.
[if you're gonna knock my grammar you might wanna check dictionary.com]

so... rabid complacency would be an intense contentedness with a situation, to the point of being irrational.

SOOO... lets get back on to my small point.
I was just trying to say that it is just as silly to be intensely content with a situation to the point that you block out any rational counterpoint, as it is to be in intense disbelief of any situation to the point of making conspiracy theories.

Sorry... I guess I was a little too obscure.

*EDIT* for the record, I never said my grammar wasn't wrong... it was and is. I'm at work, and trying to talk on the phone whilst rattling these off. Sorry.

"Rational" being the key word. The 9-11 conspiracy theory is SO absurd, SO outlandish, on SO MANY levels, it's beyond being open to "rational" debate, IMHO.

Well, "for the record" grammar and spelling, are two different things. You might want to use "dictionary.com" to look up the difference.
