yes never mind about my last comment lol doesn't apply to this schedule
i'm driving down from St. Pete so i'm going to cook a bunch of food (Steak, chicken) and bring it down because I never eat when I'm there. I'm hoping this makes me eat a bit.
maybe this was already said but eye drops for sure, by the end of conference my eyes get so red and from lack of sleep they can look tired. so i'm also bringing this cold eye compress so when i actually do lay down for a quick nap i can put that on and then i'll look refreshed, or atleast i hope.
anyways, gotta keep the eyes looking alive somehow
I wish I could bring my cat. She will be so lonely while i'm out partying......... she understands though
just found out my "hookup"
isn't going to wmc this year

| Originally posted by DPetey81 I dunno. I remember a thread where everybody was talking about earplugs, and which ones they ordered or own, and how many decibals they reduced, and what ones drown out highs and lows, and so on and so forth... I'll be fine with pharmacy brand |

Hearos High Fidelity series.
I got the recommendation from the same thread that DPetey81 mentioned and then went out and got them before flying out to Miami last year. These things are amazing. Never leave for an event without them. They don't really block out or muffle the sound like a normal plug. You can still hear the highs and lows of the music, just at a much lower volume. One of the wierdest things you will notice though, is that not only will you hear the music, but you can clearly hear the people around you. Assuming the person whom I'm speaking to might be wearing a pair, I can have a conversation at a normal volume with music blasting over.
They should sell them at any music store. I bought them at a local Guitar Center.
Plastic baggies for Ultra if it rains. Last year my camera got soaked... good for other important things too.

OK I was at Ultra 7 and 8, and I remember seeing lots of people with backpacks and cameras, but on the UMF page it says that you can't bring them in? I don't get it, it's like "here's a list of a ton of stuff to bring, but you can't have a backpack to put it all in". So what the fuck are you supposed to do then?!?
I thought about bringing one of those really small backpacks that has a drawstring for straps and it's made out of nylon? I could put a ton of shit in my cargo pockets, pull it all out when I get to the security and have it in my hands (along with the scrunched up bag) and then once I get inside just put it all in the bag.
What exactly are all you guys doing about a bag???
Never really had a problem with a backpack before, just make sure it's small one.
Well, seeing as how I'm pretty sure it's going to rain for at least a little bit on Saturday, I'm gonna put all my stuff in a clear plastic zippered back so that when I go through security it will be easier for them to go through it, and it's waterproof. Still gonna bring the little backpack scrunched up in there though to transfer everything over. What about cameras? Do you guys just seriously try to bring them in? I would be so pissed if we tried to bring it in and we had to go back to the fucking car to put it away!!!
backpacks
Yeah, i'm definitely concerned about the backpack situation. I'm only going for saturday (awww =() but either way there's a lot of stuff I feel the need to bring in! I'm going with two other girls so i'm sure we won't have too much of a problem bringing in little drawstring backpacks, right??
And as far as cameras go, i'm going to take my crappy digital camera, so if they take it away (which i have no clue whether they would) it won't be too big of a loss.
I'm so excited!!!!!!!!
But, any tips are greatly appreciated!
