Anelka is a great buy for Chelski. He's very much in form and in his prime age.

While Lampard is far from a bad player, he under performs (especially for his country) and I think he could do a lot more. I would take Gerrard as he is simply more reliable in any type of match. League, Cup, CL or country.

My 2.4 cents.

Game was on live at 7am this morning as it was a UK20:00GMT kick off.

They played as though they were under Jose's management, they scored and held the 1-0 win all the way....they're clicking which is good, anelka is finding his form within the team and he's needing a few more games to stamp his ground. Overall good game.
