I've never been one to sit there and requests tracks, mainly because I want to hear what the DJ wants to play on his own and not what I want him to play...and if there's a specific track I'm dying to hear, well...I can listen to it at home.

With that, you can always request and I can tell ya if there's a shot. Because well, that's actually how radio stations work....because if you listen to the radio (especially shit like 92.7), I find it odd that people seem to request the same two or three crap tracks over and over again like there's nothing else to request.....god I hate Energy 92.7. Hate how they advertise how it's not owned by some company and they can play whatever they want and they play the same 10 damn tracks over and over again...even when Trevor Simpson is hosting and not doing his own mix....you think he would play 90% of the tracks he plays on his non-mix shows? YEAH RIGHT. True sign of them playing what they want, right? God that station pisses me off because when jit launched it actually played a lot of good stuff (Zendada Radio anyone!?!?!) and now it sux major ass....sometimes I find catchy t00ns on there, though.....

I need to run out Tuesday and buy new headphones! No place right around here to buy any so will get some after worko n Tuesday and be sure they are broken in properly by Sat!

Ok Dave if you're not taking request, can you give my Birthday Buddy a "Shout Out" over the mike during one of your transitions

speaking of the basement, saw the new club systems international magazine and they mentioned the 1015 basement in 3 different sections (all with the wrong pictures -- front or main room) along with an ad for a company that i cant recall. just needs some good minimal, techno, tech/prog house residents down there and it would be awesome even marie blasting inbetween cd was better earlier in the night

cant wait to hear your set dave, im sure youll do well also keep jay at a distance from you until after your set

Dang, I'll come in late for this night. I just got pulled to play at one of my Best Buddy's Bday bash at Abyss this Saturday. They close at 2am so we'll probably head up to the city after.

Anyhow, just got back from buying muh new headphones...the Ultrasone DJ1s.

Got Guitar Center to knock of $40 to get them at $130. Knew DJDeals.com had them on clearance for tad under $130 and mentioned it to them and they didn't even verify it....they just gave it to me for $130 instead of $170! Is on clearance on DJdeads.com because a new model just came out and these will be phased out....virtually no difference other than a slight technology update and updated design.

Not the DJ1 Pros, but I don't see the need to pay all the extra money for a couple features that aren't important unless you are out playing every night! Same sound in the end.

Have always loved the sound quality of these and they are safer on your ears than just about any other headphones out there!

Dood I really wanna be there for this. But my Best Buddy from High School (Yes, we are old and still party) asked me to play at his party. Kinda difficult to say no to him, we've known each other for ever. I was gonna bring 'em all to Ten and celebrate it there but his GF (DJ Ara) wanted to play for him too so they threw a party at Abyss. I was really looking forward to see you play at ten and give your some sh*t I hope I can get a copy of your recorded set.
