I believe in his native tongue, Eric pronounces it "jerry".

Posted by iammesol on Feb-12-2008 06:31:

It's pronounced Piano. He just can't spell worth shit.

Tong pronounced it in his last ES as 'Puh-jeh-noo' ... in Dutch, we just say pi-en-noo (of gewoon piano ). I think you have to pronounce it the same way as you pronounce piano in english/american. Prydz just is creative with track-titles, just like his other latest Pryda releases

Remember Tong is also the one who called Eric's label "Mooseville" and Axwell's song "Watch the Sunshine". I wouldn't trust a word he said.

I think Pjanoo is a fuking HOT Sunday Morning track.

Bet ya after WMC Cedric and the rest of the Space gang will be whoring this song for many sundays to come.

I kinda think of it like Europa. It's not a track I can listen to at work or on the computer... but when it's played at 10 am.. you bet ur ass I'll be in the middle of that dance floor workin' it.

haha

Nope sir.

Went back home this weekend for my bday and now I'm back in NY. I prefer to go when the Patio isn't packed with out of town guidos.

Not going back till SUMMER SUMMER SUMMER TIME!

Digging both tracks, F12 sounds a bit like 'Rene', they have a very similar chord progression.

It's more like pee-jah-noh (short "o" and silent "h" in the end)

shame. well, Eric can release loads of stuff if he ever decides to quit producing; he'll then still be full of 'new'/unreleased material

Really? I always thought of you as the Prydz spokesman or something, you being always well informed of releases, IDs, etc.

That's my unofficial title, at least as far as public forums/blogs go. But yes, contrary to popular belief, I don't know EVERYTHING

i have a few questions i'd like to ask you because you're teh prydz expert!
1. is he ever gonna release seadweller? if no then why the hell not?
2. his bootleg of inner city - good life, which vinyl should i get:
http://www.discogs.com/release/480197
or
http://www.discogs.com/release/797484
?
i know they're both bootlegs, but i'm wondering if they've been ripped from some live set or something ghetto like that?
3. what's gonna be on his pryda album?
4. what's up with these bootlegs:
http://www.discogs.com/release/1145995
http://www.discogs.com/release/1146008
http://www.discogs.com/release/1030609
?
are the tracks real? if they are, then is he going to release them at some point?
5. sorry for hijacking this thread!

Posted by iammesol on Feb-14-2008 18:22:

1) Which one? There are two Pryda - Seadwellers. Unfortunately, he believes neither of them are good enough for a release.

2) I would go with this one.

3) No idea, he keeps being waaaaaay too optimistic about the release date. I myself have heard nothing of what will be on it, so I don't have any information to give you except "Be very very very very very patient."

4) lol @ those bootlegs. Sheridan - Flycker is real. Not sure about Pryda - Flycker. The other two (Pryda - Rage/Pryda - Solitude) are works NOT done by Eric.

5) It's cool.
