my like 5th, or 6th time to guv this year and WOW...stayed longer than i should have.. shoulda wore earplugs!! IMO i got to hear what songs i wanted..ie.. The longest road!! JZ with his breaks/scratching made me kill myself dancing !!

this definitely is prob the top 5 best times at guv! i agree somple ppl shouldn't of jumped up on the platform/booth..i would never do that, i love to dance right there.. i thought deadmau5's laptop was going to break or something.. i saw the screen shaking back and forth violently .. there should be a lcd monitor built in with shock absorbers so that u can just close the laptop lid and plug in monitor cable... just an idea


I can't believe i got in free,, still spent

lol my watch sets itself to the atomic clock and is in sync with my fone which of course gets the time from the service provider...

How exactly am I more of a noob then you?, and youre talking like a stupid fanboy. Dont cry bcasue i talked shit abt your idol dj, it doesnt matter whaat i think abt him what should really matter for u is what you think abt him. I am not telling you not to listen to his muzak or anything like that. I just wrote my review of the night, thats it. Highlighted the things that i find disturbing and highlithed good and bad. IMO There is very many djs that that play way better music than zabiella, if you dont share my opinion well you dont share my opinion.
How am I a noob exactly? because i dont listen to cascada and paul van dyk? Or because i didnt like you idol dj? Or nowadays techhauz, mnml, progressive and techno are considered music for noobs? Like srsly even lookin at my sig. should send you a clear signal that im probably not a noob (or maybe you prefer soulful and dj (i sincirely hope not)). And dont forget that everything is relative. Maybe compared ot someone real mega guru im a relative noob but i doubt its you.

if im entitled to my own opinion then why r u bitchin? And i am a student, so my clubbing budget is not great plus i go out every week basically plus i pay for my gf when we go out. if i would go to burrige only cover would be extra 50 + water + coatcheck + cab to yonge st on the way back. Maybe you've got rich parents and shitload of money to go to many parties just to catch ur djs but i dont.
Plus i said that zabiella wasnt that bad, i said that deadmaus was horrendous. if zabiella would play same stuff as deadmaus then id definately go home.

It's been a while since i posted on drugaddict, but here comes my infamous review of the night, dedicated to all the people in the Guv whom couldnt move last night for the sonic pollution Zabiela played was unbearable. The loud treble, the annoying 1 minute long CD scratches, that killed every song that gave a little hope to the dying crowd, the changing in the style of music from one song to the other, made me ask around for Tylenol and ear plugs (no, i don't mean E.)It was hard to sum it all up in two words, but after a night full of loud noise, i finally found the perfect words to describe it, *WHITE NOISE* (refer to Google for complete definition if words are ambiguous) OR as some might say, *EPIC SHIT*.

- Favorite set of the night *Hernan Cattaneo - Essential Mix 02.16.08* in the car, on the drive home.

fighting over this is stupid!!,, ,i met a guy coming all the way from buffalo,, he said JZ is not a guy to miss,, i consider myself kinda a noob, but i've been listening to trance since 1999.. still the scene is strong and I love meeting new ppl from here!

I walked out of Sander at Pascha in Ibiza after about an hour. Wasted 55 Euros...so ya, if it is that bad it is better to leave than not enjoy yourself

I would reccomend not standing or dancing, in the surrounding speakers.. close to the booth is good, not as loud,, and at teh very back.. i found myself plugging my ears at 6 am.. but i really need to invest in some good 150$ earplugs!

You're right though, and seconds matter so much when the music is as bad as last night.

i found the sound very unbalanced last night..could only hear the mids at some parts..i havent been to guv in a couple years now so after renovations i find they have forfeited sound for everything else

and the reason why it would sound like "noise" is because that sound is much better in a small club...too much reverb in a big club

Those were the same assholes that stole freezies from the shooter girl. Those guys should barred IMO.

On a side note. It was finally nice fucking meeting you yesterday. Took way to long but we have to party again!!!
