I live in an extremely congested area (Northern Virginia, part of the Washington DC hub) and there's constantly always reports of accidents in the morning commutes and accidents in the afternoon commutes.

It seems like there will always be an accident, no matter what. and I used to think that, given the odds, eventually someone who I work with was bound to be in an accident. It's just a matter of time.

People are crazy here. Actually Maryland drivers are the worst. I hope no one from Maryland reads this, but it's true.

Preliminary reports so far. I gotta think there was more to it than just that, but the kid had a short temper.
