Patch your uxtheme.dll file:

After you patch the uxtheme.dll file, you can download any .msstyle theme and apply it without using a program that eats memory.
Good places to get themes are:

**Once you download the .msstyle theme, you have to put the file in the right place. Go to C:\windows\resources\themes and make a folder for your theme, and put the .msstyle inside of the folder and double click the .msstyle and everything should work fine.**
