Last week there were so many flight delays in TO for only 5cms. Unreal. 20cms is a definite storm by TO standards.

The weather network watch says up to 50cm in the Niagara penninsula. fuuuck.

Glad I'm out of Dundas for this one........

From Friday Evening to Saturday Afternoon we expect 30-40 cm of snow.

The only thing that concerns me is AFTER the club lol.

If it snows the entire time I may not be able to find my car or get home :S

hence you should go to TiL and park at the parking garage beside the club :P you don't have to clean off the snow after

TRUE STORY

On Sat Dec 1st when TO got that first (or second? cant recall) BIG snow storm!!

Came in over night, around 1am or later!

We left Blak where DAVE The Drumme was spinning around 530am and it WAS THE WORST SNOW IVE seen myself in TO at that point.

I could barely get up the hills going north on Bathurst from Queen! Almost didnt get out of the parking lot I was in, bc car was so snowed.. and driving on bathurst was scary as hell... nothing was plowed!

No cabs were running... or barely any... over 25 ppl were waiting outside Bath adn Queen praying for cabs for over 45 mins.

We finally flagged one down by fluke.

My friend mandy and her friend actually paid a PIZZE delivery guy to drive them to Yorkville bc they couldnt get a cab... ones were either full, or not picking up new ppl!!! CRAZY! Esp at Bath and QUeen on a sat night/early sun morning!

NYD snow was the best It snowed, rained all day....when I came out of zone around 9 or 10pm was it the car was hidden but the roads were nice and clean.I was so worried the entire time about the sketchy ride home but It was nice and clean was home in like 20 minutes.

March break..

I remember being a kid in public school and I swear to god EVERY year grade 4 to 8 there was a massive or fairy bad snow storm around/on the march break!!

Bc every year we went to Florida as a family, and every year we had stupid plane scares (ie. being delayed hours or days) and issues with getting to Toronto bc the weather and storms woudl be so bad.

8 years ago this wouldnt be surprising anyone. it would be just another march and winter!

Phewf...London doesn't look like it's going to get nearly as much as Toronto. Woohoo!

I wish I worked further away to get the snow days. Although, there have been days this winter that I shouldn't have driven to work even if it is only 12 min from home.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else were you get more snow than here though. We get enough here as it is.

Took 3 hours to get from Pearson home to Kitchener.

This is supposed to be the calm before the storm.

So glad my roadtrip to Montreal was last weekend and not this one. It would have been hell if it was tonight.
