Fantastic save. My heart is pounding from how this game is going.

Posted by partyhopper on May-05-2008 04:23:

Classic game

Stars had lots of golden chances near the end of the first OT as well

Posted by L.E.N. on May-05-2008 04:25:

This driving me nuts! They are all exhausted...gotta dig deep this time.

TSN announcers need to be shot.

Posted by partyhopper on May-05-2008 05:08:

Going to period #6

Posted by L.E.N. on May-05-2008 05:14:

I cant stand that the announcers are nutswinggin dallas. Idiots.

I hope they still have some gas after all this action.

Posted by partyhopper on May-05-2008 05:57:

That's another 4-OT game for Turco, like the one he did last year against the Canucks

Posted by L.E.N. on May-05-2008 06:09:

Even the commentators are looking tired

they can barely speak

i'm pulling for the sharks...my favorite team out west since they came on in the early 90s just because of the logo and owen nolan

Posted by verndogs on May-05-2008 06:25:

damnit..blueshirts and sharks out...not a good hockey day for me

Posted by partyhopper on May-05-2008 06:25:

It's over at last

Darn, I wanted to see at least a Game 7, if not the Sharks coming all the way back to win it.

Posted by L.E.N. on May-05-2008 06:30:

What a shame. Kind of a weak call to start the PP. What a fight.

Posted by L.E.N. on May-05-2008 17:55:

I have never seen such a great hockey game. It took me a few hours to cool down so I could sleep.

Bush-league move by Ribeiro to whack Osgood after the end of Game 2 between the Red Wings and Stars

Posted by Zild on May-11-2008 15:22:

Shouldn't have poked Ribeiro. I can't believe they wasted the 4 on 1 like that to have it followed up with a goal by the stupid wings.

Does anybody even give a shit about these playoffs now? Other than the Sharks-Dallas series which had one good game, the hockey has been boring and uncompetitive since the first round. Bettman will have his "dream" final though by the looks of it.

Aside from the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan, nope

The only exciting series of this playoffs was Caps-Flyers since that went down to the wire.

Posted by partyhopper on May-18-2008 22:06:

So much for the all-PA Eastern Conference Final being a battle
Flyers won a game, but it gave the Pens a chance to close out the series at home in a bloodbath, and move on to the Stanley Cup Final.
In Philly, the Curse of Billy Penn lives on.

We'll see whether the Stars can do better in trying to come back from 3-0 down than the Sharks did against them.

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on May-19-2008 05:53:

heh...just happy to see that the Flyers are finally out

Posted by bamski on May-19-2008 06:37:

I wasn't too confident about facing the Wings a couple of weeks ago, i am now.

Posted by partyhopper on May-20-2008 02:30:

Red Wings seem to like closing out series with blowout wins in the opponent's building.

Red Wings and Penguins it will be in Stanley Cup Final

My pic ( not the Flames )looks pretty good now. Three to go.

Posted by partyhopper on May-27-2008 02:48:

Pens getting owned so far, with no goals yet in the Finals

Posted by bamski on May-27-2008 09:16:

I've lost all hope.

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on Jun-03-2008 04:35:
