We have a history of mods leaving/disappearing, and NYTA actually does just fine without them. My vote is that this topic, which comes up often, is once again a stupid idea...

a good mod promotes their forum, starts new topics, gets the members of the forum active in any way possible, is fair, isn't biased. Isn't afraid to step on toes on certin subjects
