I'm a day late to this party, but what the hell. Here's my contribution of Angus steak quesadillas which I'm chewing on as I type this:

The guacamole really is the key. It's just not the same without, which is why I had to wait a day for the friggin' avocados to ripen...

LOL no pain no gain hahahha ......I love cheese in all shapes and kinds.I have literally finished slices of cheese just by itself 10s of them at a time LOL

Cheese is my life. I love it more than any one. Especially gouda... but chedder, mozarella, havarti, swiss, asiago, feta, provolone.... My mouth is watering.

I always cook with cheese. But best of all I just sit and eat it by itself.

Especially when Im stoned... I can go through a block of cheese.. Yummm... So glad its almost lunch

One night I was out downtown with my friend, and nothing much was going on....so we came home and watched the OC and ate an entire brick of cheese.

WOW nice......Depends on my mood sometimes I put the slice of cheese in bread and put it in the mircowave for 30 seconds and it melts nicely or other days when Im lazy,I'll just take 6 or 7 slices and eat them like that.

as for the quesadillas, had them last night at Moose Winooski's and boy were they ever spicy. I don't know what they put in them, but my mouth was on fire. It didn't help that I rinsed them down with a hot caesar either though.. lol
