lol I actually thought that thing we walked along the water was pretty awesome. Nice place to run around. Honestly, your whole city is a great place to run.

My tank is white and my shorts are black though. Otherwise that's exactly what I have. The shorts are so fucking comfortable. I also bought a new sports bra! Wewt! I like it so much I'm gonna get another one in white.

girls that're in good shape and show off what they have while working out =

I used to run 11 miles 3 days a week. Then my knees started to give out so I ran less. Every now and then I go for a 6 mile rendezvous and my knees sometimes feel like hell afterwards, other times not.

I plan on picking up swimming once I've transfered to my new college and have access to their giant indoor pool that supposedly no one ever really uses.

Yeah my backfat is melting off pretty quickly, lol. Mind you, that's the last place I gained weight...making it the first place I lose it. But yeah I like watching my shadow as I go...motivates me. I also like ripping past all the fatties and people who don't know how to skate properly, lulz.

And these are my blades:

Not a bad idea!

"Nice ass, both of 'em!"

Oh yeah, it's really gorgeous in the summer. It was definitely dismal looking in the winter when you were here. You'll just have to come back when the weather's nicer.

P.S. You're still a tard.

Yeah well I'll be waiting by your bed. I'll use ether this time since I am youthful and just feel like having some fun.

I used to run no less than 4 miles mon-fri. So at least 20 miles a week at an easy pace.

For our pft (physical fitness test) you run a timed 3 miles. perfect is 18min failing is after 28min. When i first joined not running at all i did it in 27min. Got down to 20min in bootcamp, slowly rised after 4 years was doing 25min and right now im back to 21's.

My knees are destroyed. I'm 22 and feel at least 30.

It seems like a lot of people get knee problems from distance running.

I run on grass and don't do long distance. Haven't had any knee problems yet.

How about both? I like both each in their own way. You want to play fast and hard, go indoors.

Nah, I was downhill skier/raced for years. Guess that actually caught up to me.
