I would hope that someone would just point the person out to one of the staff, and leave it in their capable hands. I am sure Guv staff deal with this on a weekly basis.
My question is what do you do whan someone standing up stops, falls backwards and bonks their noggin. Granted they can get back up and continue, but should there be some intervention have their head checked out.
Passed out people are so peaceful, let them be.
Check their pockets for spare change
