Pretty much every track on BT's This Binary Universe.

Tiesto's Parade of the Athletes can get me somewhat emotional too. Most notably Coming Home and Forever Today.

Ferry Corsten's Galaxia and Beautiful get me moody too, but in a good way...

Nice... I am now thinking of choral works that I love!

As a matter of fact, this brings up a wonderful classical-choral tune to mind:

Vaughan Williams - Dona Nobis Pacem mov. 3: Reconciliation

That song definitely touched me.
