That's pretty much the point if you ask me. I think general readership yields that people enjoy seeing Top *insert number here* lists. It gives people a chance to make comparisons and be reminded of classic titles they may have forgotten about.

Even though I tend to try and create lists of own, like I said before, they change and lack consistency. Some days I like a particular game more than another. It always changes.
