here it is now illegal to turn off the cold water due to several incidents in which people suffered dehydration problems.

A higher bpm would be a torture for the dancefloor and I disagree with 'Electro is boomin', probably was for the last few years it's out just out of the loop for me atleast. I don't know about Indonesia thou.
