Maybe it's just my building...

Only one faucet is hooked up to the system, so the smell would be present from the rest. It wouldn't be your building... any chlorine added would be done by the city... so I'm confused.

Milwaukee tap water is absolutely delicious. it's ranked as the highest quality drinking water in the U.S., according to the Environmental Protection Agency.

Dutch water is very clean and pure
yet the more south u go the whiter it gets (more chalk).
in southern Germany/Switzerland/Austria u get a lot of chalk and water is almost white
in France usually it tastes like chloride
Scandinavian water is pretty good

in any European country south of France or east of Germany I avoid drinking from the tap since the water may not be filtered sufficiently to remove bacteria and that can give u the runs ..

the more south u go the whiter it gets (due to the number of germans bathing in banana hamocks).
in southern Germany/Switzerland/Austria u get a lot of semen and water is almost white and gooey, due to the banana hamocks again.
in France usually it tastes like surrender.

lol, not far from the truth

Tap water is good here, except for once every two weeks or something, when it'll taste a bit like chemicals, probably it's a routine treatment process.

Strangely, in the other side of the island it always tastes like chemicals, so I guess I'm lucky to live on this side. There's no need to buy bottled water at all - and as far as I know nobody ever died or got sick because of the tap water here.

I just had a big glass of water and it tasted like......water lol

dont you know they drink their beer at room temperature?
