That track surely is a mislabel. The correct artist and title is "Evolution - Solina" and can be found on a few other mix-CDs, also in a slightly edited form (~8:43) on Evolution's album "Unnatural Selection".

I believe the full unmixed version has never been released, not on any physical release anyway. Haven't checked any download shops whether it's there, i doubt tho. Propably Digweed might be the only one having the full version besides Evolution themselves. If you want the track even if slightly edited, looks like the best place to get it is their album which seems to be unmixed and copies of it are available pretty cheap, like discogs has one for $4.

PS. Escape is actually an alias of the Evolution duo so the mislabeling isn't too big but rather confusing. They released officially only one track, "Cascade" under the Escape guise.
