This is the best nutritional advice anyone can give. Seriously, this is the shit, I love eating nonstop.

So that you can read this thread before posting in it.

It seems I've failed already.

I'm currently getting into something of a fast/flush/cleanse for my system, obviously focusing heavily on drinking water/cranberry juice (real, not cocktail), and trying to restrict my diet for a week to fruits, vegetables, and proteins with little to no salts (or other spices), carbohydrates, or fats (olive oil is probably the only fat I'd like to use when cooking).

so, when will you begin taking cock in the bum? thats the next stage.

I'm sorry, that joke is too vague, directionless, and unfunny for me to even take offense

you are a teenager, this is what teenagers do. Grown ups have to watch what they eat sometimes.

I know it might sound nasty if you don't like veggies, but puree raw veggies (mix and match with fresh herbs to your taste) with just a hint of grapeseed oil. You can keep your energy high and calories low this way. I sometimes add tofu for protein. Great to eat on the run.

RJT, if it makes you feel better, I just got back from eating a delicious bacon cheeseburger courtesy of Applebee's, and am now about to smoke an enormous bowl big enough to eat cereal out of.

But seriously, good luck with your shit, you've gotten all the advice you need out of this thread. Us skinny people have a much easier fight when it comes to battling drug tests.

Not nasty at all - I actually put fresh and frozen veggies in fruit smoothies all the time already just because I especially think carrot juice tastes mega.

First day of straight up vegetarian diet/1.5 gallons of water down - many more to go.

Also, I can't wait to see how fragrant my poo becomes over the next few days/weeks

Good snack to carry around is a bag of baby carrots, gnaw on them where ever you go!
