Sheize... $4.99 a bottle... the price of convenience, I guess. I prefer spicy, but I think I'll pick the regular one so as not to interfere with your recipes.

and the best rum:

OK, so I get home and put it in the freezer for a bit to get it cold.
So then I take a few select beers from my fridge, and try to decide which beer will go best with the Tomato and Clams... Do I have to call a sommelier for this?
I take ChemEnhanced's advice and select the Canadian beer, and his 2oz shot per beer ratio guideline.
It pours into a sanguine colour, moderately heady, but then again my other hand didn't tilt the glass cuz I'm holding the camera for crissakes.

dude, i gotta go to sleep hurry up and chug!
With luring rich velvet red color, the scents seduce the nose with pink pepper, sarsaparilla and cassis with further subtle hints of leather, briar fruit and cedar.

hes probably passed out from drinking too much...
or he is praying to the porcelain god
Do not let your nose decieve you!

I felt a vile and caustic texture on my palate.
Jeebus, this is disgusting!
How do you drink this septic tank leakage?
It's ok to have a beer with seafood, but to actually drink beer with seafood in it... were you all pulling my leg with how great it is?
You got me.

hahhahah epic grimace!!.

All that effort just to waste precious alcohol...
hahahahaha
AJ u r fa kin su pah!!!
Well AJ your problem is your drinking Molson Dry....nothing can make that shit taste good.
Living on the prairies ive had my share with ceasars.
The perfect ceasar:
Lemon juice rim of glass
dip rim in celery salt
Add ice
2-3 OZ of your favorite vodka
Then add a couple of drops of warcheshier sauce, tobasco ( if you like them spicy, use more)
Always a couple of shakes of s+p
add the clamato
Garnish with celery
Enjoy!!!
Also beer and clam is awesome.
***If you are really feeling adventurous, try beer and orange juice. Use the same ratio as you would with a beer+clam. Its sooo good. ( dont use oj with pulp)***
I wish I was at home enjoying one right now.

2 ounces seems a bit heavy also.. he should have tried a little at a time. Then he might have been able to avoid wasting the beer like that.
