One can only call upon the support of some dumb bitch named Donna so many times before it becomes redundant.

Honestly, people like yourself come off just as badly as "religious zealots".

Ahah, so offering a link to a movie, then countering arguments should be considered zealous?

How long did you hold your breath before you felt like you belonged here?

A world without hegemonic bankers and corrupt politicians, or religious zealots sounds decent too.

Hmm... we've done well thus far, their annoyance notwithstanding. If they can lead us to a "One World Government", I'm not complaining.

666 microseconds

Facilis descensus Averno

Hora incerta, mors certa

The voice of the Devil.
All Bibles or sacred codes have been the causes of the following Errors.
1. That Man has two real existing principles Viz: a Body & a Soul.
2. That Energy, call'd Evil, is alone from the Body, & that Reason, call'd Good, is alone from the Soul.
3. That God will torment Man in Eternity for following his Energies.

But the following Contraries to these are True

1. Man has no Body distinct from his Soul for that call'd Body is a portion of Soul discern'd by the five Senses, the chief inlets of Soul in this age
2. Energy is the only life and is from the Body and Reason is the bound or outward circumference of Energy.
3 Energy is Eternal Delight

Those who restrain desire, do so because theirs is weak enough to be restrained; and the restrainer or reason usurps its place & governs the unwilling.
And being restrain'd it by degrees becomes passive till it is only the shadow of desire.
The history of this is written in Paradise Lost, & the Governor or Reason is call'd Messiah.
And the original Archangel or possessor of the command of the heavenly host, is call'd the Devil or Satan and his children are call'd Sin & Death.
But in the Book of Job Miltons Messiah is call'd Satan.
For this history has been adopted by both parties.
It indeed appear'd to Reason as if Desire was cast out, but the Devil's account is, that the Messiah fell, & formed a heaven of what he stole from the Abyss.

This is shewn in the Gospel, where he prays to the Father to send the comforter or Desire that Reason may have Ideas to build on, the Jehovah of the Bible being no other than he who dwells in flaming fire.
Know that after Christs death, he became Jehovah.
But in Milton; the Father is Destiny, the Son, a Ratio of the five senses, & the Holy-ghost, Vacuum!
Note: The reason Milton wrote in fetters when he wrote of Angels & God, and at liberty when of Devils & Hell, is because he was a true Poet and of the Devils party without knowing it.

Honestly, I have very little respect for you as an intellectual.

i should hope so!

your entire 'alternative' opinions wage a holy war against accepted scientific and historical fact. i dont pretend to have all the answers, and im certainly not an intellectual when compared to some of my heroes that have shaped my ideologies over the years.

but the way you mistake an amateur video full of lies and distortions as a substitute for real, academic research and expert testimony is more than pathetic.

you don't even display a rudimentary understanding of the subjects that you choose to engage in and your appreciation for economics is embarrassing. there's a reason we have banks and central banks and fiat monetary systems etc etc etc. your supposed alternatives would make the system you're criticising even more painful than it already is.

all i can suggest is that you enrol at a decent university, because it is painfully obvious you lack the intellectual objectivity with which to teach yourself. once you have a handle on the economics that underpin your position(s), perhaps we can have a fruitful discussion. until then, youre just another uneducated serf that thinks the world is changed by a shitty clip on youtube.

Wikipedia: conspiracy theory guide

Enjoys zero credibility in expert communities;
Academics and professionals tend to ignore the story, treating it as too frivolous to invest their time and risk their personal authority in disproving.

It was a dumb thread.

I'll leave you to the histrionics of yet another of your returns.

Posted by winston on Oct-05-2008 04:38:

Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive emotionality and attention-seeking, including an excessive need for approval and inappropriate seductiveness, usually beginning in early adulthood.

The essential feature of histrionic personality disorder is an excessive pattern of emotionality and attention-seeking behavior. These individuals are lively, dramatic, enthusiastic, and flirtatious. They may be inappropriately sexually provocative, express strong emotions with an impressionistic style, and be easily influenced by others.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) - a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy.

Although it's almost cooler to hate on conspiracy theories than on fox news, to flaunt your close-mindedness as a form of intellectual superiority makes you seem about as much of a c_nt as the people who automatically buy into this bs.

Talk about defying physical laws? Heh, which one would fall to the earth first, if you dropped them at the same time?

And really, do I need a course in Economics? I think it suffices to say that the Federal Reserve is a scam, and should be addressed directly. Regardless of how its system has propped itself up throughout the world.

Naturally, Australia wouldn't have half the population if England didn't send counterfeiters of the Bank's Notes to the Island as a lifelong punishment. :P

The Fed banking system collects billions of dollars in interest annually and distributes the profits to its shareholders. The Congress illegally gave the Fed the right to print money (through the Treasury) at no interest to the Fed. The Fed creates money from nothing, and loans it back to American citizens through banks, and charges interest on their currency. How close am I?

Like, above and beyond that. Two Rothschild banks are listed as partial owners of the Federal Reserve.

Who said, "Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes her laws"?

Later. "Histrionics" out. LOL.

edit_

Let's talk about ignoring historic fact. We're talking about the same government that planned Project Northwoods, and lied about the Gulf of Tonkin.

You're not close at all, in fact, you're in a galaxy far far away...

The Federal Reserve charges interest on the currency we use: Federal Reserve Notes, the currency we use in the United States, are evidence of the debt of the U.S. government to the Federal Reserve. The central bank charges the government interest for this currency, thereby diverting billions of dollars from the Treasury that could be used for other things. The government could print its own money and avoid the Fed's interest.

The Facts: The Federal Reserve rebates its net earnings to the Treasury every year. Consequently, the interest the Treasury pays to the Fed is returned, so the money borrowed from the Fed has no net interest obligation for the Treasury. The government could print its own currency independent of the Fed, but there would be no effective safeguards against abuse of this power for political gain.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Federal Reserve Act and paper money are unconstitutional: The constitution does not specifically grant Congress the power to create a central bank, therefore it cannot legally do so. The constitution also forbids paper money and requires all money to be either gold or silver coin. Therefore, both the Federal Reserve and its paper money currency are unconstitutional.

The Facts: A central bank is a reasonable use of the constitution's 'necessary and proper' clause, according to many federal court and Supreme Court rulings. Although the constitution forbids States from making anything but gold or silver a legal tender, it places no such restriction on Congress.

no, not necessarily. but it would help you understand how it worked and you wouldn't be posting lies and distortions as you do below. you're understanding is just way WAY off base because you dont balance your sources enough.

even if that is true, so what?

if you want to learn how the fed actually works, here's a thread with all the basic info

so, you can either keep making fallacious statements or try and learn something. its your choice.

10 characteristics of conspiracy theorists
A useful guide by Donna Ferentes

9. Using previous conspiracies as evidence to support their claims. This argument invokes scandals like the Birmingham Six, the Bologna station bombings, the Zinoviev letter and so on in order to try and demonstrate that their conspiracy theory should be accorded some weight (because it's happened before.) They do not pause to reflect that the conspiracies they are touting are almost always far more unlikely and complicated than the real-life conspiracies with which they make comparison, or that the fact that something might potentially happen does not, in and of itself, make it anything other than extremely unlikely.

Yea I watched Zeitgeist a while back and shit my pants! It got me really into this stuff so I started reading all kinds of shit. I dont see whats wrong with liking the movie? As long as you don't go around telling everyone Zeitgeist is the only truth and you must believe it! (Religion)
Finally I found this site http://www.conspiracyscience.com/articles/zeitgeist/

Now I have calmed down but I still believe our system is garbage and evil but has nothing to do with Zeitgeist. I didn't know anything about politics, war and any of that shit before I sa the movie! So I say its a good movie because it woke me up to the real world. I never voted before in my life and I might finally vote now! I reccomend the movie for everyone but just don't forget to research for yourself!
