Jody didnt want his set to be recorded anyway... there was such an insane amount of new tunes in his set that I don't blame him either

Such a shame though, he played one of the best sets I heard this year

Lucas Abadi's Sept 2008 promo is probably the sexiest funkiest mix i've heard in a long time. exactly what i was looking for... now if he only toured more outside of South America.

available here: http://www.bringthebeats.com/2008/0...er-july-promos/

there's prolly no tracklist for that one, right?

lately i've been re-obsessed with disc 1 of his Everybody compilation from 2003. definitely one of my favorite compilations ever.

true! i always forget about Jody for some reason.

i saw him earlier this year and it probably was the last time i danced my ass off to some real good funk.

Just don't let it happen again and keep your eyes glued here as a bi-weekly (and sometimes more frequent) reminder: www.hybridized.org

The one that obsesses me is the first disc of his "This is Everybody Too" comp.

I am awaiting an email with Fred Everything sets for all of you guys. He might start a little deep, but the man knows his funk...it is a shame that he only tends to do podcasts.

He is even in a few of those tracklists you guys posted.

which one are you having trouble opening, the July or September one?

the July zip file seemed to be corrupt for me, but the September one worked just fine. let me know which one you're having problems with and i'll reupload somewhere else for you.
