It's been years since I participated in one of these! I totally forgot how competitive I get. haha
Listening so much to Ian mix and my dogged attention to his TLs helped me I'm sure and yes, Google was my friend, too. But geez, I bought and listened to a lot of music to get that 100 points ...
In pursuit of 13, I purchased all this Mali Music (cool stuff) before moving on to Gorillaz, and yeah, Buddy Boo, I bought the album "that won the 2006 Breakspoll Award for best album" (http://www.clubbing-uk.com/internat...awards_2006.htm) Atomic Hooligan "You Are Here" before finally looking into 2007 and bonzai! found and bought Krafty Kutz Freakshow, then of course everything released by Sumsonic in 2004...and ja, god knows, how many of those damn Barbie Doll tracks. ha
And Nick helped me find youtubes...big resource there.

Congrats to GroundLine and again, thanks to Buddy. Good times.
Damn, I probably should've put more effort into it too, wouldn't have gotten me much higher tho either way

Yes, GroundLine is a deity! Fo' sure. (See, if I stroke his ego, he'll give me good hints during his contest...and hopefully, he'll remember the good hints I gave him years ago when I did the contest thingy...)
*insert gay smilie
Oh, yeah, Nick, you and I were talking on msn like 15 minutes before the contest ended. I wasn't sitting there id-ing those samples as we spoke! I'd spent like 9 zillion hours earlier in the day, week, month id-ing them. I was just telling you the ones I id'ed. Silly billy.

I must have low self-esteem then as I do not believe in deities.
My hints will be vague, and usually only to be deciphered by Adam West.
I got the samples together, should I wait a while until people have more time and less holiday stress or just drop it on you now?
send me a pm when the next contest is ready or else i wont remember

I don't want to wait until after the holidays :[

| Originally posted by treeboo I'll be making an effort to reclaim the title, but I think waiting until after the holidays is the right idea. Either that, or extend the timeline a week or so past them so everyone has a chance to send in an entry? |
Well "the holidays" may then mean the 24th, as the stress ends on the 25th, so the contest will be up by then. But, I'm thinking already sometime next week.
