WOW....Tiesto justed proved something I have known all along.
In a smaller environenment, Tiesto can still feed off the crowd and play well. In a larger venue...forget it, whether it's here, Europe, South America, wherever, he just...well...sucks.

tonight will probably live down as one helluva night in EDM in SF. There is something about a Thursday night in SF, packed, despite the amateur, "I only go out when Tiesto or Oakenfold" elements in the crowd, Tiesto really worked it tonight. a lot of people I talked to seemed to agree.

reminded me of that Thursday night with Sssha a few yrs back or so...

If you were there tonight, maybe you agree or maybe not...but that was definitely Tiesto having fun, and recognizing the crowd...and I haven't seeen that for a long, long while. Props to the SF crowd...they clearly have, and always will, bring out the best in DJs

Tiesto was playing damn good set imo...it is even better than the one on may 2008 and ETD pop imo. he played for 3.5 hour earlier by the way. yeah looks like tiesto is having fun with the crowd

Tiesto sure brought it out last night!!! Maybe the fact that they had a curtain behind him, so no distractions from all the ladies backstage helped him concentrate on us and communicate with us through his music?? hehehe

Short set but GREAT set 11:45am - 3:15am, Syd closed out the night at 4am... let me point out that the Balcony was still packed when Tiesto finish and a good size crowd stayed till the end..

I Love weekedays/sunday events.. they seem to bring out more of the EDM lovers, rather than the usual "regulars"..

Anyway my DAMN camera still is fucked, so no pictures!! however I think it did record video so I will post that soon... Video below not mine...

such a good time last night. for those who always talked crap about tiesto not feeling the crowd, he sure proved those non believers last night. the energy was just fantastic. when the crowd was yelling "TIESTO" in unison, it just put a smile to my face.

i saw tiesto outside 2 times i was closed to him and he run like a chicken. other then that a had a great time!!!im still tired i work today like 9hrs
