I think airlines should solve this problem by just making seats bigger for everyone. They're also very uncomfortable for people who are simply tall...

Exactly. More often than not it's just a mental thing. You need to convince yourself that you can do it. Once you do it becomes easy to get it off and keep it of too, as you have shown.

Oh and obligatory post before and after pics!

Because it's a pretty common thing in pretty much anything in life. You don't always need to experience something to know what it's about

Posted by Sunsnail on Nov-26-2008 13:52:

A schematic would be helpful

Yea yea ok, that's technically more of a flowchart but it's a sub genre of Schematics.

Haven't been on the COR in a while. This thread is LOL

Don't know what they were thinking. It's one thing to be a little overweight, but when you're taking up more than one seat you're probably consuming more resources than necessary and not doing enough with what you're consuming. That kind of wasteful mentality really shouldn't be encouraged or facilitated in times like these.

Uhh.. kay.

This is ridiculous...

Fat people should be charged MORE, even if they 'only' take up a single seat (as weight acts in direct opposition to lift and consequently more thrust is needed).

Taking up more space, using more fuel, and I'm the one subsidizing it?!

Ticket price should have a seat + weight factor... I don't see why price should be based on people feelings as opposed to physics.

I need the picture of the fat guy reaching for the pie to properly demonstrate...

I call hax, you just look skinnier because of the zoom-out and epic landscape as opposed to the close-up.

In all seriousness though, from one former fat guy to another: It feels fucking good, doesn't it?

in all seriousness mate, roughly how many calories did you cut down to per day & still feel ok? I don't wanna do anything too drastic for health reprocussions but think i can lose a few to what i already do (i'm already at about 1700 max a day)

I was down to 900 a day; however, I was also taking vitamin b6&12 injections and being supervised by a doctor. I wouldn't recommend going to that extreme unless you're under the care of a doctor.

would you concur then that being obese was your fault then?

Awesome stuff btw, i did not know you used to live in Porkerville. To lose weight in that amount in such a short period of time is something other fatties should aspire to and feel shame for not doing.
