To be honest, this set hasn't really impressed me much so far...

Markus has really stood out to me in the past year, but this episode sounds like a fairly generic GDJB episode, I know he can put on an excellent show live, and I really think hes capable of putting forth something a bit more special for an essential mix.

Alot of the songs had filler feelings to them, and even the Big Room Reconstructions (i.e. Cygnus) felt like they were lacking a bit.

Just my 2 cents, and of course he deserves a big nod for making it to EM :P

having come in late can't comment on the entirety of the set but shouldn't it sound similar to gdjb? i mean he shouldn't change what's working although i do agree with an essential mix you have to bring your A game because it is a honor to be asked to play one.
