staying home saves lives... everyone stay home! Not living saves lives.... please dont be born!! LOL

I don't know who those people are, but yay.

It saves my life so now I don't have to drive home, I can take the bus. I'm pretty much only worried about myself here because the people drinking aren't think about anyone else but themselves.

so if u had to pay $2.75 each way for TTC, it would be a hassle?

i guess it really is cheaper to pay for gas and parking as well as really fucking easy to find parking downtown on NYE

im sorry guys..i didnt think straight...my logic is really fucked...please forgive me

So many people missing the point here getting their ninnies in a knot. Sure if free ttc saves one life from a drunk driver its all worth it - for the idealist out there. And yes the TTC should be free on NYE regardless of corp sponsorship.

But this has nothing to do with either. This is Charles and Tony making a very smart PR move to fight the smear campaign they have been subjecteed to from city council (Adam Vaughn and David Miller) and their cronies (Adam Giambronie and the TTC).

That's not what I said at all. but if the train is free (maybe stays open later? no?)and I don't have to hassle with driving, getting a ride or paying for a cab - yay.

You're so bitter it seeps through your posts. You don't drive anyway so you rely on the train or a cab - free ttc is awesome. STFU and get your arrogant head out of you ass.

can't afford a car either eh?

Posted by Frenchie on Dec-10-2008 23:07:

I really don't know why you seem so angry, upset, and against this, man. They are offering something to the public, a helping hand to those who want it. If you choose not to use the system - so be it, but if you do that's great and they are happy they were of service to you.

Good business/marketing move, nothing more, nothing less.

Id say its a revolutionary push if it was free more often...not just NYE.
