why would you consider a massive over a club gig? chances are their set will be half as long (or less), the cover will be more expensive, they will be perched up on some high stage away from the crowd and you'll have to deal with underaged crackheads all around you. the club vibe is superior imo.

Yup, very good points. I personally like both to be honest. I'm originally from the Bay Area and just moved down to LA a year ago so I come back home every chance I get. Been to 1015 and Ruby Skye countless times. Actually, it's been a little while since I've been to 1015, so I think you guys convinced me to check this out in SF. Aly & Fila are the only DJ(s) I have not seen live that I want to see -- I can't wait!

among other things going through my head at this moment, i decided to go to this night for aly & fila! i've seen picotto before, twice in fact (SF 06 where i met one of my best friends & NYC 07 where i discovered memek is better than svd/mp at least that night) and evil9 can wait. aly & fila are some of my favorite producers and have yet to see them! what was i thinking even debating about this lol

february 23rd i was in town that weekend and it was my first 1015 experience ever. Thanks to CaptKirk, i dont quite remember much after leaving 1015.

union square hotels are only $5.50 cab ride to 1015. I myself am searching for a place for that weekend that wont set me back too much.

Sry if I sound like an idiot here, but I've never partied in SF. It looks like there are a few Union Square Hotels, and I'm only coming up for one night so I was wondering which is kinda nicer.

shoot some names my way and i can give u a synopsis. we usually stay at kimpton hotels if we can find a $100/night deal or so. but you can grab a 3 star for $70 or so.

actually...etd.LOVE is at the Regency Center which is in San Francisco. It's only a couple miles away from 1015 Folsom.

I think you were just being confused with previous events held in Richmond, like etd.Fright.
