it has nothing to do with whisking fast, you have to temper the eggs.

it also helps if you use a double boiler.

let someone else cook.

speaking of birds, while i was sitting on my ass watching TV all day, I came across this awesome BBC documentary called "Galapagos" and it was the 2nd of 3 parts. the premise was that Darwin was inspired by these islands to write the Origin of Species because of the evolutionary differences of the same species on the diff islands. Really cool, and gave me a whole new appreciation of birds! lol.
