It is awesome to hear such great feedback and support for Andrew. Congrats!

BUT you should never put down your fellow DJs, especially someone like Deko-ze who is exceptionally talented, motivated and one of Toronto�s Best. To the guy stating:

Seriously... Deko-ze�s enthusiasm and motivation is AMAZING. People feed off his energy and his sets are awesome. The only thing �lame� about Deko-ze�s sets are the people like you who are negative and don�t respect his passion and love for music! In my opinion, for any new DJ, no matter how talented, it should be an honor to open for someone like Deko-ze and to bash him and the time slots, simply shows inexperience and disrespect towards both him and the venue.

I didn't see Andrew bashing Deko-ze anywhere...

while the wording was a bit too harsh, you are allowed to criticise. dude didnt like dekoze's set. he's allowed to express his opinion as such

But there is a big difference from saying �someone had a bad set� compared to saying �someone is better and should be opening up for a dj who is experienced, well known and talented�. I felt it was disrepecting Deko-ze. Everyone has to work hard to earn there spot and respect. Clearly Andrew has lot of supporters and fans! He will do great! It was other people�s comments that I was referring too.

OK, I can understand that, but it's pretty different from what you said right before. That post implied that it was Andrew who started the thread or made those critical remarks (I don't think he's written anything in here, at all), and continued with a retaliation against anyone not "respecting" Deko-ze. It was just a little confused and over the top.

Particularly when it comes to matters of taste, it doesn't really make sense to take other people to task for stating their opinions. Just say that you disagree, state your own opinion and move on.

thats what I got at. I love seeing dekoze pound the beats but this night andrew killed it and dekoze didnt. I just simply put that I thought dekoze should have been opening for him. thats all I said. Someone took my words into a different direction and bashed him. Dekoze did have a bad set and that does happen.
