I love his progressive/techy stuff. Alot of his uplifting stuff is kind of cheesy for me, not all of it though. It's funny though, when Armin comes to NY he plays mostly techtrance. His techtrance sound is amazing!! He should totally go tech, that other stuff makes me kind of angry sometimes.

I do not want him to do a show at Hard Rock either since it is such a drive all the way up there, but I dont think they would pay for it since TIC was such a bust as far as ticket sales.

And no, it did not suck! The sound quality could have been better and this show shoud have never taken place all the way up there, it should have been at Bayfront. He threw it down and everyone I was with had a blast!It was worth it, it was only $35.00 or something, what did you expect free cds?

yes it sucked. the sound was terrible. the lighting was terrible. it was not $35 for floor tickets where you could actually dance rather than sitting up in the bleachers. the kiddies rolling their asses off being super fucking annoying sucked. jes sounded like ass. the acrobatic performers were terrible.

and most importantly... tiesto played a shitty set. he didnt care. no crowd interaction and just played the same gay little set he was playing around that time. he just didnt want to be there.

You are sooooo negative! The floor tickets were inexpensive concidering it was TIC and had alot of hype because it was an extended set. Think of the location, the Hard Rock Live is a huge venue, that is used for huge concerts. The sound was bad because the room wasnt full enough. And HRL is in the midst of Hollywood Florida where the majority of club goers dont even know who Tiesto is. Hence why the crowd was so off and the interaction was blah. I have fond memories of that night. I even enjoyed Jess! I think it has alot to do with who you surround yourself with. Do you often fly solo or something?

So is there still no official and if and where this party is happening? Still rumor at the moment?? (Don't freak out original poster)

dude. i was actually with my gf and many friends that night. so no thats not it.

you just admitted in your post that so many of the points i made on why it was a bad night are valid. dont get me wrong, im glad you had a good night. and it wasnt really a terrible night, it just wasnt anything special and def not worth the money.

im just trying to comment on the fact that if tiesto did another show at the hard rock it would probably suck. you yourself dont want a show there either, maybe for different reasons, but we agree on that atleast so rather than train wreck this thread, lets just leave it at that. lol.
