Yeah, thats a great point. Police use maps posted on line to conduct raids.....they have stopped all undercover work since this method is much prefered.

If fact, I heard they were waiting years for one to surface online...

I like this place and the staff is very good at what they do ... I believe. I remember being at coat check and a girl had a vile in her hand. The bouncer questioned her on it and did his job (not sure if she was kicked out).

If they do win a settlement they shouldn't change a thing...maybe just pay their staff more $

im pretty sure the city officials would've been able to access every building's blueprint without kotsy's assistance.

there was a period in my life when i was there almost every sunday morning for a while. i had my fun there and i can definitely see why it appeals to so many people -- the djs bring their a-game when playing there. definitely the best venue in the city if you want to hear the best EDM and get your groove on.

I'd be inclined to agree, except that if they win (which, even the thought of that prospect makes me laugh), it's going to be us the taxpayers that really have to pay for it.

I wish there were some way to just sue Adam Vaughan personally (and not the city) for being a complete douche nozzle.

Maybe Comfort Zone wont win the $11... but hopefully it will at least gain some respect from the courts and the police/city may have to back off the club a bit.

I think thats all they really want... they just added an expensive price tag to show they are serious.

If you don't want people coming online and saying shit about your club then don't give them shit to talk about...but the reality is there is truth in a lot of the allegations and everyone knows it. It's comical that you guys act like it's big secret that can't be talked about on the internet.

What's even more hilarious is that CZ can whine bitch and cry about all the money they are losing but launch a lawsuit that will inevitably take forever to go through in court and eventually not even have the desired outcome. Based on a simple calculation of cover charge and bottled water sales, the lawsuit will cost months and months of business to pay for...oh, unless the place has some other income of course.

But what I would give to see the witnesses CZ would call to testify on its behalf, that would be priceless.

Hopefully the case isn't on a Monday .. I'm not a fan of waking up early on Mondays.
