Drone Zone is all you need really. Beware though, a lot of the tunes they play can give you rather disturbing dreams.

Their "cliqhop" channel is also awesome

I used to listen to BoC every night before going to sleep, but after approximately a year of their albums and EPs every other night, I'm fucking sick of them altogether. Can't wait for a new album. Now I mostly listen to FAX and Ultimae back catalogues, ambient glitch stuff like Microstoria, Oval, Fennesz and experimental minimal electronica like Pan Sonic, Alva Noto and CoH. However, I'm about to quit that practice altogether, since I can't concentrate properly on music if I'm too tired and everything just feels like a waste of time.

I completely forgot about this thread. Yeah man , "Sonnambula" is an amazing album, to me it comes as a surprise that you like it because i had the impression that you like the glitchier, colder stuff. Yeah, i have to agree that the industrial/ambient interplay refers to Gridlock-type stuff, although i think that "Sonnambula" has a darkier/gothier atmosphere rather than the more futuristic style of Gridlock (but this is just my impression).

Here are a few more from some greek electronica artists. Not music to sleep (well, it could be) just amazing music. Astralon are more EBM/synth-pop (it brings to mind both Front-242 and Diary of Dreams) whereas Subheim plays a kind of a darker autumnal ambient/downtempo that brings to mind the legendary ethereal 4AD releases (probably my favorite record-label of all times) although in a modern downtempo context. Finally, Blackfilm plays the kind of Amon Tobin stuff, but substitute the weird jazz chords with a grotesque cinematic/operatic quality

Astralon- From The Inside

Subheim- Howl

Blackfilm- Come & See

Sweet dreams...

In The Nursery - Duality

their best album IMO

Chillout/downtempo is very nice to relax to, but if the goal is only to fall a sleep repeative trance/psy works better.

For some reason I utterly detest "ambient" or "chillout" mixes of Trance tracks.
