It was a little techy, but lots of good trance in there as well.
I don't have a tracklist, but I did recognize two tracks in SvD's set:
Nadia Ali - Love Story
Gareth Emery - Exposure
One of the last tracks of Randy's set was a remix of Smashing Pumpkins - Disarm which was really sick.
Edit: Turns out, the remix of Disarm is by Randy Boyer himself:

How long was SVD's set? I'm at the airport now waitin to fly to NY! Lol

Another track I recognized from his set was his own production - Sam Sharp - Roundabout (SVD remix) and I'm pretty sure he played the Richard Durand Remix of Madagascar

I wouldn't go as far as saying the place was packed...seems no matter who they've been bringing in during the week they can't fill the place(from what i've been to lately, didn't hit any of the shows that were a little before wmc)
but reguardless I had a good time. my girl did too even though she was feeling a little under the weather and shes usually not to fond of trance in general for the most part...did u guys get free tickets for oscar g when u got there? seems like they're trying to push people in there kinda sucks. dont mind the free ticks though i'll prob show up.
Wasn't it supposed to be in the Roxy originally and then they moved it doenstairs to the Underbar?
It was definitely not "packed" although there was a good crowd. I'd say there was about 300 people there, where 400 is about capacity.
The entire back section of the club behind the curtains was empty.
this club looks incredibly bright... 300/400 person turnout? i dunno why kingsize charges like 30/35/40$ for all these events - its boston, theyre 1.5/2hr sets - seems really overpriced. avalon used to charge like 15 or 20 bucks for most big name DJs. at least theyre bringing in some decent talent tho.

| Originally posted by Synbios I would definitely agree to this. I used to pay $20 for Armin or Above & Beyond at Avalon, and it was a much bigger show. I think the talent King Size is getting is pretty awesome, but it is a little pricey. |
oakey for $40? hahah wow
I had a pretty good time - Sander def played a good/solid set but...I don't know, it was really hard (For me) to get into his style of music in that place - I've been to the Underbar 4 or 5 times now all was for Prog/Housey DJ's and I've had a better time at all of those other parties then @ Sander on Thursday; and the thing is I really enjoy what Sander plays in general a lot more then any other DJ I've seen there so far (Yea I know doesn't really make sence =/ heh) The place wasn't even half full either really - Now that I think of it I'm pretty sure this is actually least amount of people that have been there when I've gone...I remember at around 1:30 I counted the amount of people to the left of the DJ booth (If your facing it) And there was only like 30something people on that one side, I really don't think there was over 150 people there at all, was lots of room. Too much haha so I guess that it's good they moved it from the Roxy because yea...
And to comment about the ticket prices of Kingsize events - I def agree that they jack the prices like crazy - You need to get them right away. Some examples are: Ferry @ Roxy was only 15$ when first went on sale went up to 40-45 I think...Armin was 30 when went on sale and they fucking got jacked to 65$...Oakenfold was actually $25 at first, Benni was 20, now up to 35-40?
But yea, it's def cool/great that someone is actually bringing these DJ's to Boston again, so hopfully what I just typed didn't sound like complaining too much, because I wasn't trying to really lol.
*edit* Yea I got a free Oscar G ticket too, I think they was giving them out to everyone who had advanced tickets for Sander? But not sure on this.
