I'd kill for speed like T3 lol. I was on T1 at one of my parents friends houses and even that was amazingly fast, I can only imagine T3. Downloading like 700MB movies in like an hour. My best time for a movie that big is like 2 hours or so and they musta had a T3. Now two T3 connections trading lol, that would be interesting. Would take u like half hour to get a movie lol.

Mate it's not superb with T3 I still have a 600 Mhz computer @ work and I can't move the mouse when it's full-speed downloading.

Well I used to have a 600 and mine ran slow no matter what even on my cable lol. I have a 1.4Ghz right now so it wouldn't run too badly but since it's ur work computer u really can't do too much about the speed. I'd be downloading at work all the time lol and then burning my shit and taking it home .

disconnected every 2 hours

if its as slow as you say, connecting directly to the modem won't make it any bette.r
