you know what else makes more then welfare? contracting but ******** isnt allowed to write contracts while strapped to a bed being forced needles. i mean he can! its just hard to write and the law tends to not take them seriously.

im not trying to be a prick here. but I mean when doing real estate they do background checks... if you came to me (me being an agent) and wanted to buy some property, i would totally ask for a cosigner or for you to have someone else on title that everyone can hold liable.

i dont care if you think youre crazy or not. The rest of the world thinks you're crazy and thats what matters in the court of law.
