G: worry about yourself, from this point on you will always get people that will stay bad stuff behind your back or to your face. You know what you is needed to get back on track, and it seems your on that train.
Stick with the people that have your back, and dont worry about anyone else. I wish you all the best, and good luck mate.

This thread just took a 90 degree turn into awesomeness.

He's a DRUG DEALER. He got caught red-handed, took a bunch of people down with him, from the article, and people are praising him like Jesus dying for your sins.

Excuse me for not being sympathetic.

noone is asking for you sympathy. people are asking you not to put down a good friend. the difference between G and most other young guys is he got caught. it's really that simple. i wasn't doing shit on the same level when i was his age, but i did stuff that could easily put me away for more than a year. It doesn't make me a better person because i didn't get caught. So it's probably a good idea not to post things that 95% of the people on this board will find objectionable. keep it to yourself.

Gerard, best of luck to ya...you're a tough person, so i know u will make it through this time of your life and have learned from it. As PVD would say..."See You On The Other Side!" :Insert Cheese Smiley:

Twenty-two Staten Island residents were arrested and are facing felony charges in connection with a prescription scam that involved presenting fraudulently obtained prescriptions for oxycodone at borough pharmacies.

The defendants, alleged to have obtained a combined total of 20,700 oxycodone pills, tried to fill the scripts at 14 drug stores. The pills have a street value of over $400,000.

One of the defendants -- Gerard Lavelle, 21, of Martling Avenue in West Brighton -- obtained a prescription pad belonging to his step-father, who works as a physician's assistant at Staten Island University Hospital in Prince's Bay, authorities say.

Let's be honest, he didn't just get caught, he was the ring leader.

Enjoy your time bro!
We're all here thinkin of ya!!!

I am reading this all for the first time, as a newb, I find Paulie a total dbag. Way to go posting someone's IRL info. Who the fuck do you think you are?

G, I wish you well. I have had a lot of friends go through the same thing. As long as you hold your head, don't try and start shit, and mind your own business, you'll be fine. Have as much fun as you can before so your time will be like sleeping off a hangover. I'm going to PM you something.

again - so fucking what? if you ever had a prescription drug and you gave it or sold it to a friend you committed a felony. if you ever took a prescription drug from your parents medicine cabinet you committed a crime. if you ever purchased marijuana, cocaine, or ecstacy you committed a misdemeanor or perhaps a felony depending on the weight. I'm sure someone could pick apart your past and find something worse than the crime committed by G, which in the view of most people, is a victimless crime. Get over your self-righteous attitude and be a little less abrasive.

you need to learn how to read. nowhere did it say he had 400K worth of shit on him. between 20+ people over 400K worth of shit was filled by pharmacies (and the 400K is an inflated number considering that shit is sold by pharmacies at much less than 20 a pill). that's about 20K a person at the so-called street value, and probably less than 10K at real value. It's not that much. .

Posted by coolestrl on Aug-13-2009 01:42:

Yo G, dont get bother by what that dbag is saying, he is some low life loser/hater, who could not do anything better in his life and is hating on you, that u have made a wise decision to move on and get your life back on track, just be happy and keep ur head up, you have many good friends and well wishers here, so cheer up, and we always have your back. Notthing lasts forever, so live it up, drink it down, laugh it off, avoid the bullshit. You'd be out making track lists with us before u know it

It's people like this Pauly B character that make me DESPISE online forums.

The reason I love TA so much is that I actually see a lot of the people I correspond with online, in person. This way, no one really talks shit on here, at least not to me I don't think, cause it would be wicked awkward to see them in person after that.

This Paul B guy clearly is friends with no one who posts regularly on here cause if he was, he'd probably get smacked.

To be perfectly honest, Pauly B sounds like a straight up hater. So what, G did what he did, now it's time to take his consequences and move on. That's that. No more, no less.

I'm pretty sure most of the people who cared to respond in this thread actually know Gerard and knew the deal already. Shit, I don't even know the dude THAT well, except from seeing him out, and he told me last time I saw him.

So G didn't really air out his business in an online forum, Pauly B did by posting the link. To be honest, G, I get off probation at the end of the month, but I don't think it's worth it to smack this kid around, cause shit, he is talking shit through the internet.

anyone who talks shit through the internet and cant do it in person isnt worth the time of day. I know it's a little hypocritical for me to say its not worth a response and THEn respond, but oh well.

Either way. My dude will be straight, whether it's medium or minimum or boot camp. Whatever it is.

Shit happens and I don't think ANYONE has the right to judge anyone else unless they can walk on water themselves.

out

G: This guy that just tried to bash you is someone I consider to be one of the lowest of the low that I have ever witnessed. Posting other peoples personal information on this thread when we all know is not only disrespectful, but also shows that this guy really has no judgement, character, and quite frankly a life.

Meeting G in person once, I can say that G is a good person overall that made a mistake and has faced his mistake in what I consider an honorable way. G is a mature person, has learned his lesson, and will emerge stronger than ever when this is all said and done. Although there is no need to feel sympathy for G if you dont want to as has been said, I can honestly say, and the majority of the members I think will agree, that we all support G, wish him well, and will welcome him back when its over and continue life.

I consider this nobody that decided to post unnecessary comments on a person he had not even met a coward that tough behind a computer but not tough enough to say this to us in person. If he hasnt been banned, he should be banned immediately.

G: Just delete the Thread, that way this ass can have time to wank off

Posted by ownymcown on Aug-13-2009 04:13:

I know you guys all have your guard down cause a lot of you know eachother IRL, but this is still the internet and you all just got trolled.

while i generally feel bad for addicts, gmoney was on the selling side of it so instead of just being a casualty of the war on drugs like someone who got caught with simple possession, he made a risky business move that ended up costing him. It's like the stock market more return but more risk, so no mercy there. no one should pass judgment though, it is what it is. hopefully hell get through it alright.
