Kashi Go Lean is the shit. I eat mine with various fruit and cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add vanilla yogurt to it and skip the milk and fruit. Fucking love it.

Hmmm...and what am I going to eat today?

For breakfast I think some cottage cheese and fruit. Lunch, a grilled chicken breast in a wrap with lettuce, havarti, and salsa; with a side of broccoli. Dinner, two hard boiled eggs on a salad with tomato, cucumber, and red onion; and a side of brussels sprouts.

Maybe a chocolate protein shake with a scoop of peanut butter somewhere in there as a snack.


Mmmmmmmm food.

Why ruin its great taste and "go lean" characteristics with all that sugary fruit that is just converted to fatty acids anyways?

A half a cup of fruit in the morning is all I'll ever eat, if I eat it. And it hardly ruins the taste.
