HUGE? win?

Not to sure if i agree with that.

a win by 3 points in the last minute isn't a huge win to me, especially when all the "experts" said usc was gonna blow buckeyes out of the water.

I was really surprised our defense (osu) did as well as they did, granted we lost, but we lost our major players as seniors last year, and held alot of usc drives

congrats to usc.

i know we had a contract to play for 2 consecutive years for sure, but i'm wondering if that was extended to next year or beyond?

i hope we are playing again next year, would be nice to get 2 games out of the way first, but would love to see pryor with another year under his belt and a little more comfortable with his offense.

Get over it. It was a huge win. A win is a win. A win vs a top 10 opponent on the road is a huge win.

And USC"s offense was plain vanilla. There was nothing special to stop. Why everyone says if USC doesn't open up the offense they are def gonna lose this year.

But OSU's offense is even worse and is never gonna get anywhere unless Tressell and his plain jane play-calling are removed. He's as bad as Miami old's OC at knowing how to utilize players and call plays. He has a QB that's sub 4.4 (4.33 think) ELECTRONICALLY and has no clue how to use him.

Miami lost.

I knew we were doomed when I opened up ESPN360 in my browser, went to the bathroom, and came back to find my son had put my laptop on the floor and stepped on it and crasked the screen hardcore.

It was a sign. I knew it right then.

I also had a feeling that if we go 3-1 after going 2-0, this would've been the day we lost. GT was a huge game last week and it's hard to get yourself up for a game like two weeks in a roll, let alone it would've needed to be the third week.

And I'm sure they have been thinking about Oklahoma next week a bit, even if they say they weren't.

Think the media might've hurt Miami mentally, too, despite what some plays said...

The weather didn't help, but not an excuse in the end. We need to rely ont he run and our live wasn't getting any push until the second half. If it was dry, we woulda passed all over them (we had tons of dropped passes, especially at key times of the game)...but everyone was having a hard time with the rain and we had to erly ont her un and didn't do much until the second half and it was too late. Just would eat too much of the clock.

When we got momentum after a quick score and getting the ball back in the 3rd Q, our TE dropped two wide open passes that wouldn't been big gains...both first downs, but after dropping them and having to punt, momentum was killed.

Either way, with most of our team still very young, the big question is how will we respond. Last year after the big loss to GT, the team fell apart. If we don't this time around, I think we'll be fine. Growing pains.

Dave, whats your prediction for the miami game today?

Hope its a good one!

EDIT

HORSESHIT! OSU vs Illinois!? WTF!!! I wanted to see Miami and VT. #9 vs #11!!!!!

that game was shown on ESPN 360, use ur pc, mac or watevaaa.. pretty good quality video, no lag... next time don't forget to check the tv schedules on espn.com

I was watching it on ESPN360 at first. I have Time Warner/Road runner internet which doesn't have ESPN360, but Comcast does so I had a friend give me their comcast login so I could use that to open up ESPN360 outside of Comcast's network.

ESPN360 was about 4 or 5 minutes behind the telecast, whic his a lot.Just how their network is setup I guess

A bit into the game I was given a justin.tv URL that was a little choppy, but maybe a second behind the telecast. I watched that one mainly because I was in a Hurricane chat room and 95% of them were watching it on TV.

If I wasn't chatting, I woudla kept on ESPN360 since it's quality was a lot better overall.

have used justin. tv the last two weeks to catch games. they didnt show UT vs Missouri 2 weeks ago, so i had an HD feed online. watched the end of the miami game last week...wooo close.
UT #2, hook em horns!

unless some huge BS occurs(likely with the BcS) USC is holiday bowl bound(2 loss team doesnt deserve bcs), guess i might get a chance to watch them in sd.

they got their a$$es handed to them last week and i loved every minute of it after just barely squeaking by OSU.
