Yeah I've tried 99% a couple of times and found it a bit much.. I can understand taking a little piece off and letting it melt in your mouth and enjoying the aroma, but I still prefer 85, guess i'm just not l33t enough.

Dark is bitter, but I like the green & blacks range here because it incorporates different flavours into it, mint, orange etc which work with the dark chocolate.

My mate went to switzerland & brought back some 95% dark stuff. that was crazy. It makes TTAs bitterness seem much less so

but fuck.... 1AM seriously? either learn to make it to last call or put the training wheels back on and start drinking wine coolers you fag
