You know who else was a 6'4" young black dude?

Hitler. That's who.

Posted by Slylee on Oct-29-2009 03:29:

well i'm disturbed that we can't all just agree that this lawsuit is just plain fucking retarded and HORRIBLE parenting on behalf of the parents of these 15/16 year old girls pretending to be strippers outside of school.

there's a code of conduct and they violated it and that's what they get for being stupid little girls. but nooo....they are going to be rewarded instead and the school officials will be made fools of and have to suffer a consequence. the very same people whose lives are dedicated to giving your future children a goddamn fucking free education.

it's not free if we're paying for it

I had a principal who suspended me once for "threatening" a teacher. I felt that my argument to the contrary would be more persuasive if he fully understood the difference between what I had done and a threat.

In retrospect, my demands should have kept him around so that I didn't need to train his replacement, but we all make mistakes.

i know you have this persecution complex where somebody that disagrees with you is automatically "picking on you", but from my perspective im only likely to "pick" at your post when you say something that is wrong or inaccurate.

seriously slylee, after your last teary at me a few months back i actually tried to avoid "picking" on you, and to your credit you seem to have avoided being wrong a lot too.

and yet you're still here complaining. some people are never happy.

i dont believe you, shadeball. you probably DID make that poor teacher feel threatened

i made it all the way to my senior year until i got suspended at a new school (predominantly black/ghetto). i told my young gay black male computer teacher to kiss my ass. lolol so funny. i was the quiet girl with just a couple of friends and he picked on me and this kid all the time. the second we talked, he would yell and embarrass us and half the time i was just asking him about the work. but then there was this group of little black diva chicks who sat in the corner and practically filed their nails and talked all damn day and he never once yelled at them. in fact, he'd join in on their convos about celebrities n shit. fuckin fag. i think he just hated little blonde white girls i could tell.

i ran into him about 4 years later at the grocery store too and we worked it out/laughed about it.

Fixed.

Posted by Slylee on Oct-29-2009 03:54:

i'm pretty sure the photos were sent to the school official/principal or whatever. probably by another student who couldn't stand those sluts and wanted to get them in trouble.

and i especially lol'd at #35 in the factual allegations section of the complaint where it explains that the girls had to apologize to their coaches and it was "profoundly embarrassing". omg the poor things are probably traumatized for having to admit fault and *gasp* APOLOGIZE!

i think "ogling" would be in my top 10 of english words. ever since reading one of those agreements re offensive behaviour when i worked at kmart

such behaviour includes leering and ogling

To me, leering sounds like the nastier of the two, ogling sounds like youve just been caught by surprise by a massive pair of tits and couldnt help have an ogle.

I don't doubt that she felt threatened, but the mere mention that she will die at some point in the future cannot be reasonably interpreted as a threat absent some additional context suggesting that I might intend to have something to do with bringing about that eventuality. And, in my view, her awareness of mere rumors and innuendo of alleged but entirely unsubstantiated misdeeds on my part towards other individuals cannot alone supply such a context.

My Keyser Soze avatar is appropriate here because my philosophy as a child was basically drawn from that movie:

quote:
They realized that to be in power, you didn't need guns or money or even numbers. You just needed the will to do what the other guy wouldn't.

I've matured a little bit. Now, instead of relying on brinksmanship and intimidation to overcome the will of my adversaries, I rely on inveiglement and manipulation to ensure that they do my bidding while believing they are doing their own.

i'd like to think so. i just would've expected your grand evil schemes to involve more than me getting high and playing computer games. but, every leader is different i guess...

You know, the thing about grand evil schemes that's hard to appreciate sometimes is how much waiting is involved. It's not all creeping around in the dark dressed up like a ninja.
