Damn, how could I have forgotten "Once Upon A Time In America"?

I only saw it a few months ago as it came up on the caps game, and damn...it's a fantastic movie.

Why are people mentioning such shitty films? My Top 10, in no particular order, would probably be:

Robocop
Once Upon A Time In America
The Thing
The Fly
Aliens
Bladerunner
Terminator
Die Hard
Full Metal Jacket
Raiders Of The Lost Ark

i won't disagree with you here, but honestly, it's just like any other thread, people list off their favorites

aliens/bladerunner are quite possible the best movies ever. i JUST recently watched the thing after a friend recommended it. it's damn delicious.

haha... finally! Someone else sees it too. I agree with the above statement 100%.

Both Caddyshack and Animal House are two of the most overrated "comedies" in the last 30 years. Seriously watch those two movies and see if genuine laughter bubbles up.... or if it's just contrived because everyone says those movies are funny and you think you're supposed to laugh.

chevy chase fucking sucks.

My personal favorite. Wall Street. Wall Street 2 is coming out! WHo0o0!

Just.... just watch this dude. From his debut episode of his incredibly short lived talk show. Fucking disaster.

When was Battlefield Earth released? That has to be the best, worst movie ever made. It's so bad that at 3am on a Sunday night I couldn't bear to go to bed but just had to witness the shittyness in its entirety.

TRADING PLACES omg
Breakfast Club

So many great movies came out in the 80s, how can there possibly be a "best"? Stupid thread

It was pretty much the beginning of John Travolta's mad decent into Scientology.
